Danum . a points total of the high 70s say 79 for 2nd place? For that to happen NOT even one team from Leeds, Forest, Brentford, Fulham, Bristol Cit etc would get more than 23 to 26 points out of 42 . possible but unlikely.

Last 10 years runners up points totals: Sheff U - 89, Cardiff - 90, Brighton - 93, Middlesborough - 89, Burnley - 93, Hull - 79, Southampton - 88, Norwich - 84, WBA - 91. Average of 88.5 points. You are assuming that everyone will beat each other where I think that two teams will hit the straps and pull away. We will see at the end of the season.

Very interesting reading the predictions, but I think the most consistent factor when it comes to Leeds has been overlooked. So my predictions are:

1. Leeds to finish in the one of the automatic qualifying positions

2. FA to penalise Leeds 15 points for bringing the game into disrepute by finishing in the top 2.
