We are getting/ we will get screwed on the price for De Paul. Much rather ring Atalanta for a price on Malinovski. The man is sublime, for both Ukraine and Atalanta. Please Victor get the train to Bergamo and end this saga. Udinese know they have got you by the short and curlies. You will have to pay top dollar and if you do he had better be better than good.

Alf I think Orta is a good negotiator, just some of his selections are a bit off. Overall, he's done a reasonable job Wiedwald and JKA apart.

Personally think Orta is excellent, and I’m pleased to have him at our club. JKA was not a problem, until the lad himself squirmed away from hard work, and now MB doesn’t want him back.

Have a feeling Udinese despite their bluster that they hope to keep De Paul, do really want to sell him.


I predict they will lower their demands to somewhere between £25 to 28 million a few days before the window closes.
