Rangnick isn’t just a devotee of the pressing game, he’s been credited as the founder of the German ‘school’ of the pressing game, being to Klopp, Tuchel and others as Bielsa evidently is to Guardiola, Pochettino etc.

However, seems Salford U intend to keep Rangnick on after this season, in a de facto director of football or similar role - and he appears to favour executive roles at this stage of his career, rather than hands on manager.
