You really couldn’t make it up. Apparently both ref and VAR failed to pick up a clear elbow to Tyrone Mings head by Ashley Barnes - stonewall red card in the first half last night. The same Ashley Barnes then scores Burnley’s penalty which ended up giving them a crucial point. The same Ashley Barnes that should have been sent of for his horrendous tackle on Dallas earlier in the season. 😡🤯

Prem refs and VAR are beyond a joke.

Unbelievable that Barnes wasn't sent off. He does have a nasty streak in him. Pope, the Burnley keeper has been outstanding for them, especially over the last few games.

Yes Barnes is a nasty horrible player. I reckon we should sign him if we're relegated on Sunday!

Thing is Mac lad, if Barnes had been wearing the white of Leeds last night you can guarantee he’d have been sent off. He’s a thug, plain and simple, and would be a liability to us - and we’ve got enough problems without him.

True Class if Barnes was a Leeds player he'd be sent off after about 20 minutes but he didn't used to be such a thug of a player and I remember it may have been when Larry was manager we seriously tried to get him when he was in his early 20s. All those years coached by Dyche seems to have changed him.

No on second thoughts Joffy can lead us back to the promised land if we do go down or hopefully he will make himself an instant legend on Sunday and help rescue us from the clutches of the Championship.

Pope has single handedly, or both handedly, saved Burnley. Quality performances over the last few months.
