Twists and turns all afternoon
Early Burnley goal, then Brentfrord score, all bleak at HT, Newcastle equalise, then score again, we equalise in 89th minute, heres hoping.
Or knowing our luck we play the best game of our season win 4 0, and Burnley score in the 95th minute.
Either way we are Leeds, and i love our great club

Great post Richie, it’s going to be a rollercoaster with many twists and turns, however, we’re only second to Citeh in scoring goals in 90 plus minutes so it could all change in the very last few seconds.

Still my team irrespective of the result just make the supporters proud that’s all.

I don’t want us to be relegated but on the same hand it won’t be a disaster if we are.
We will lose a few players like Raph, Llorente, Koch, Rodrigo and maybe KP. The money from those sales and parachute money should secure good quality incoming players. Not with Orta I hear you say, let’s hope he’ll get it right this time. I don’t think we will need too many new players anyhow because it will be the opportunity to blood more of our very promising youngsters and to get them ready for our prompt return to the Prem.
I don’t fear relegation anymore if that is our fate, our absence from the Prem will be very short, I’m absolutely certain of that. If Fulham and Norwich can bounce back effectively as they have done in recent times then we should also.
One thing for sure, Radz must learn from his errors to get us where we are now, it must not be repeated, for all the reasons that have caused our decline and for the reasons that perhaps we don’t even know about.

Anyhow, fingers crossed for today lads, it smells like victory is in the air.

Great post OP and as always your optimism shines through. Always like reading your posts and hopefully your optimism is rewarded with a Leeds win and survival, but if not we will be back next season with new sleeves rolled up and ready to blast the championship and gain a swift return to the promised land eh mate! Agreed. Relegation would definitely not be a disaster. In fact, I’d go as far as to say it may be a blessing. We could ditch the big earners that aren’t earning their wage, hopefully Jesse will go and we can get a manager in that will get the best out of our youth, I’m not saying Marsch hasn’t tried, he’s just not the man to lead us imo. Even if we have a 2 year break from PL football I feel we’ll be more balanced when we return. We may have even signed a central midfielder by then!
