Hope things are going to pick up soon as the form we are showing will get us sent down!

Keep it real Jay. We've lost one game. A game won by a single goal which if we'd have scored would've put us 8th in the table. I knew the doom and gloom merchants would be out after one result but ffs lads let's put this into perspective. One loss, that's all. Up to Tuesday everyone was brimming with confidence, now we're all doomed!

We will lose plenty more games this season. The team is young and work in progress, but hopefully when things click into place we'll get a string of good results together and I still believe we'll finish in the top 10.

Just in case you weren't aware there's another 39 games to play before we go down!

Well said Mick. WE HAVE TO STOP OVEREACTING both positively and negatively and I'm no different. Hopefully our patience will pay off. MOT

For me, it is NOT the defeat, but how we were defeated. Even if we won 1-0, it would have been better (of course) but alarm bells are still going off when we get one shot on target in 90 mins against a team that were battered by Reading. I am on a ship in the Indian Ocean so did not see or hear the game. I can only go by the stats and what others put up on the internet, and so far, to me anyway, in present form, we are going nowhere.
As a Dutchman, I see similarities between Leeds and my national team (never thought I would ever say that!) in that they can pass sideways and backwards but no real penetration at the sharp end, and mistakes at the back. High crosses into the box against a very tall Ipswich backline lacks imagination and common sense.
I'm not a D&G merchant, but something needs changing.

PS 'D&G merchant' means 'doom & gloom merchant'. No sneaky dig at 'DG the voice of reason' intended.

I think Notts hit the nail on the head with his match analysis. Adey and Murph are both too defensive and sit back with too much space between the forwards and midfield. We lacked the so-called 'heavy metal' style of play from the previous game at Derby where we passed the ball from back to front and were compact with no need to play hoof ball.

I think we have the personnel, just need to play the right players. I suppose the team is suffering Mowatt's lack of fitness/form but don't know why we didn't play Phillips.

We'll stuff MK Dons and then we'll all be happy bunnys again!
