I think we are all seeking success but need to be realistic right now. Uwe made the league position comment and feel strongly it is being taken out of context. Of course he wants promotion but it will not happen this year. We need to build further and aim for promotion next year. What he needs to do this year is to get more from the players and work out who he moves on. Personally there is a bit to do as I think foundations are there and its the top sides that have beaten us recently. On that note bear in mind we are not a top side, big club is something very different. Buckley not doing much so glad we didn't buy. I think we will go up next year and let's not panic yet. Uwe should be given til Christmas mot.

Sorry Aus not rubbish these teams are at top of league and were thereabouts last season. The stats show they are more of a top club than us. That is my point. Doesn't matter how well they play they are winning and getting points. We are not!
