Good posts re Wood below guys.

Was at game on Tuesday and who can blame him doing that after all the stick he gets.

I think fans (not just Leeds fans but we are pretty bad at this) tend to pick on certain players and always look for a reason to slag them off, just the way it is and sometimes it is the players fault but sometimes not.

Wood is an easy target cause he often doesn't seem to do much but I don't boo him when he misses an easy chance (just hold my head/ shake it etc) cause he will then get worst and that don't help us.

Fans pay money and can boo own players up to them but I won't do it, players need to feel at home at ER and we do have great support when we get behind team (it was really good on tuesday, support seemed better than the 28000 on Saturday in my opinion) .

Having said that fulham were better than us in midfield as they just passed through and around us, felt monk should have sorted that at HT as it was pretty clear we were getting overrun in that area.

Correction:

Wood is an easy target cause he often doesn't do much other than miss sitting goals!

It doesn't 'seem like' it's a fact! If you take away the penalties, where would he be?

I read somewhere else that Clough bought him for Leicester and then sold him again, no wonder.

We let Antenucci leave, and in my opinion he was a decent player, very usefull for a backup at the least?

And don't get me started on Green.

Try jumping on the Leeds positivity wagon - look for the good - this will be our season - it's going to be fantastic - few tweaks and get that teamwork going and everyone will fear us. Your entitled to your oppinion but please try and find something positive - we can all slag players (and I have taken the 'p' myself ) but I am a changed person and positivity shall reign supreme. MOT anyway it's even softened the blow first few matches😂.

agree PPeacock and even if it ain't our year we all love leeds and marching on together not marching on togther if winning and bitching if losing and slating top scorer regardless.

as long as the team is showing some progress I am happy and if not I support them all the more as they need the support even more.

First time in ages I have felt positive at the start of a season.
Under Monk this is a work in progress, Cellino seems to be allowing him to but who Monk wants and I think he has made some good buys. A new team needs time to bed in, could have done with a friendlies but I think we will get there.
I am hoping for Play off but if we were fighting at the top end come to the last game this year that would be good.
