Hope there's nothing this talk of moyes we could have a diamond in the not so rough with Evans I think we should be optimistic as he has a knack of getting teams promotion even if in lower leagues he gives them a winning mentality and that gets you place.

How things can change. Who would have imagined a mere couple of weeks ago we'd be hearing that David Moyes was a possibility but we'd rather have Steve Evans lol. I agree with you by the way :)

Just that moyes is imo on a downer that other shower knocked the stuffing out of him and I think he may not have much fight left in him after another sacking disillusioned maybe.

{Ed003's Note - You have a new manager,what could go wrong? }

Shame this didn't come up early as I might of been the only leeds fan who would of wanted evan over moyes, I liked moyes but think he is shot and I have been an evans fan for ages, I put him in the same brakcet as pulis and big sam (although evans not as good but then IMO not many are) . MC I think has found the right man maybe more by luck than judgement but hope evans is around long enough to make us his type of team. if results keep up there will be no way anyone can sack him.

Moyes is no good. Evans better. Moyes always been duff just lived a charmed life at Everton.

Stick with the "large" one, made a good start, keeps it simple, is positive and seems to be able to handle (and therefore the players can handle) the off field stuff so a lot of us seem to like him even if we didn't before.

Birdcutt. If u can't make up your mind. We don't want u!
It's funny you know. It's a given that one season in the next say 1-5 seasons Leeds will be on prem. Buy you get all these has Beens and never wasis that would rather put no effort in and collect a good wage than
Get off their backsides. Put some hard yards in and taste the glory. Leeds are a volcano that is waiting!
It's only a matter of time. And birdgirl. I guarantee it will be before Cardiff or reading!

Agreed Aus. The guy could turn out to be as big a flop as Buckley anyway!

I think Evens as done really well not my first choice but he as said all the right things and followed up with some better performances. I come from the Rotherham area and a lot of there fans say near the end as his managerial period that he lost the players big style he cold shouldered some and some he would not even talk to. when he left most of the players hated him. not what I'm saying what i've herd.

Just read that LFU have issued another statement where they claim their pledge to have a good relationship with Cellino and not get involved in any 'tit for tat arguing'. Bit of a difference to last week with their veiled threats of a fan backlash if Cellino dare sell to anyone else. What a bunch of amateurs, run by people who are not qualified to negotiate buying a happy meal let alone a football club.

Apparently some guy called Thomas Cooper is interested in buying our club, when asked if the could be completed quickly he said "just like that" aha a hah hah . ;)

Nice one dougie.

Never tell people your troubles. Half of them are not interested and the other half are glad you're getting what's coming to you.

Ha ha very good Dougie.

I don't think the Liam B loan is going to happen now, gone on too long, if it was it would have happened by now, shame in my view but S Evans should try out Phillips/Sloth in the friendly and anyone else close to the team to see if they can provide an answer, i. e. Erwin.

On the forward front would be great to get one of the 2 Norwich guys in, make a change for us to get someone from them, Lafterty/Grabban could do a good job for us you would think.

Still would like to see us with a new CB and keeper but after the last 2 games both Flapper/Bellusci have picked up but they can go back to poor very quickly so would be idea if we could cover that area.

I know it ain't xmas yet (time for gifts) so can't see us getting 4 quality people in so being realistic I would be happy with a forward as above and one of either keeper, CB or strong older CM type? dunno on that one hence I ain't a manger.
