Llorente has a good game against Portugal. and with Cooper going out injured, it would be actually disappointing if someone back at Elland Road didn’t put the call into Llorente to say “Liam’s out, you’d be on deck for the Wolves game. (nudge nudge wink wink) . how is your calf muscle feeling? (Nudge nudge wink wink) ”

Dallas better also be bloody fit mind . Traore will be a hell of a hand full.

Anyroad. am OK with the team members playing for their country, it’s an honour and a development opportunity. just we then need the squad depth and the latitude to withdraw players. and a mature relationship with the respective FAs is what we need to make this fair and right. FIFA and UEFA need to Get on side with this.

Haven't got excited or even that interested by international football since Euros 1996 'It's coming home'and all that.

Not since the 1986 and 1990 World Cup Tournaments has International football felt massively exciting.

Even the 2018 World Cup felt a tad underwhelming even with England reaching the semis.

I say SCRAP internationals even the World Cup . it won't happen of course.

2018 was a great tournament. i'm not talking about England qho got much further than we deserved due to an easy draw but in general it was great. Loads of goals, some great stadiums and a superb atmosphere. It was a shame the Euros this year were cancelled I was looking forward to going.

Project Restart!

Animal Farm style voting rights!

wtf!

Manchester United and Livarpool ( yes ther deserve that name now ) as both are behind this insidious self serving bs

Both clubs should both fork off and join a European ' Super ' League pronto.

Agree Baz, they won't need to worry though with the way the both last played, will be going down anyway lol.

Indeed Mezzer what karma that would be!

It's the arrogance of those 2 clubs with this sinister bs ' Project Big Picture ' or whatever it's forking called that infuriates.

This is very easily sorted, all other teams outside the supposed ( BIG 6 ) should now form a group of our own, and tell the other 6, we are now a bigger collective than 6 so let's not leave MU or pool to divide + conquer stick to our guns and let us have the collective negotiation upper hand, football is being destroyed by wonga + agents, let's stop the rot.

Well said Chris but what happens if the top clubs in say Germany Spain an Italy do the same? Euro super league? I really ain’t got a clue to be honest. I’m actually still waiting for you to send me on a kite for 500 😉.

Like it Chris
I hope this or something similar is done by the other 14 clubs
Also I feel this the virus season will even things out somewhat on the pitch.

I predict at least a couple of teams from this supposed big 6 will have mediocre seasons.

Absolute Fair Play and Very Well Dune to West Ham for publicly coming out condemning this bs from Livarpool and Man U

Possibly the first time West Ham have done something useful.

Cork, the idea of a so called "domestic" european super league, will never take off IMO, bigger wealthier clubs only think this will work in theory, it would never work in reality, all the big clubs in europe resign their domestic league en masse and form a new 1, who would run it, how would they sell it, who would benefit the most / least, way way too many questions for it to happen

The old adage strength in numbers comes to play out here, clubs need a collective voice that excludes the desires of the wealthier clubs, so in effect then they wonder what we are all doing without them!

Ita all about the Americans wanting control and more money at the expense of everyone else. Kick them out I say.

Should call it project stich up, so called big six are the big six for now but football doesn't stay still for long, it goes in cycles. Man city not so long ago were in league one, if these privileged six get their way then teams coming through the league's trying to make it to the top will be almost impossible. Far from being benevolent to try and save football clubs in the lower football pyramid with this proposed funding, the cost to football in the future will be greater. Man Utd and Liverpool's American owners care nothing for for the football pyramid in this country this is about loading the odds in their own favour, and the money they will make. This stinks, the game of football in this country has to sell its soul to receive a bone in the form of financial help, while making the so called big six a football immortal.
