I think we have a very good chance going up next season people keep saying we need more than one signing which I don't believe I think maybe a cb or winger, we have a great youth at the moment which could fill in some week links I think we will be great. Please respond what you think

We 100% need a centre back because otherwise Pearce is your first-choice centre back and he is NOT top half championship standard! Plus we have no LM bar White & Hall who have had little success there. That's two and I still think we need a right sided player be that a winger or a right back.

How is pearce our 1st choice cb? lees would b 1st then peltier then pearce

Why do we everyone think we need a new cb I would like to see Ross killock given a try I think Tom lees is experienced for a 22 year old and with him on the right side with Sam and Ross on the left with Steven warnock I think it would be good link up plus I'm sick of hearing people say move Sam in rm he was our best player last year at rb so why change that? What's your thoughts ed? {Ed013's Note - Sorry mate I don't think Ross Killock is ready, just my opinion and would love to be proved wrong. I really think Lees needs a good experienced CB next to him}

Ross killock lol assive he will start 4 us lol we really would b going down, ok player but far from ready to b anywhere near the first team

Mackay-Steven and Le Fondre would be absolutely solid signings, but we need defenders as well - Wabara and Mills have gone away from the picture recently, but i'd be happy with either (both would be even better!) - We still need a few signings that's for sure MOT

All together they would cost around 4m with a loan for mills and we would have a good squad and have spend 5m in the transfer market.

I think it pretty obvious the player we are after is a left sided player, I think we are going to play like Norwich did when they went up with the diamond formation, but pushing the lefty a bit wider like they did with Surman. And playing Byram on the right side off the diamond hence the interest in Webbera. There is only Pugh and white in the side at the min who could play the left side role. I also think Brian may play Murphey in behind the front 2 when up to speed. Myself I think the player is Rowe but it could also be M Steven but Rowe has played for Peterborough in that role (who also play diamond formation ) so my quid would be on him, we defo need a good centre half though Peace can't run and I think he gives foul after foul away. I'd be more than happy if we started with Gk Kenny Cb lees Cb Peltier RBWebbera LB Warnock Lm Rowe Hmidd Green Rm Byram ATm Murphey A MCcormack A Smith/Hunt carnt Decide yet

Murphy will play on the right of the diamond. Ross is going to play in the hole behind two of Hunt, Poleon and Smith. Ross has been named in that position in all 3 pre-season games.
Interestingly, Peltier has played right back in all 3 pre-season games. Either Byram will be sold or Peltier will be warming the bench next season because Pugh has been playing at centre back (not peltier). Austin in the holding role with GMS on left.

If this is true i'd be quite worried to have green on his own in cdm especially as he is primarily a lm. though this formation could work say we bought a new cdm who can physically and tactically boss it on there own in cdm

08:08 this morning Adam Le Fondre tweeted that he was looking forward to his first 45mins v Wycombe today.

If he was coming to Leeds and I was his ccurrent manager, he wouldn't be having 1 minute, let alone 45!
