Use our rumours form to send us leeds transfer rumours.

Good results for us tonight,if we can win on sat then I think we can win our next three after. Got a top mix of battling and good passing play. The attitude of the players and warlock has at last given me some hope. I think we can go up this season as the form team that comes through late.mot

Results have gone for us tonight ed whats your thoughts? {Ed013's Note - Very happy, I have a bad feeling about Leicester though! Can you imagine if Leeds and Leicester gate crashed the play-offs at this stage, there would be a lot of unhappy clubs!}

Believable9 Unbelievable0

35000 on sat ?

Agree8 Disagree0

Don't forget who the last game of the season's against - Leicester at home! Could be tasty if we stay in the hunt!

Just seen on the Arsenal website that Sean McDermott has joined leeds on loan but nothing on the Leeds website?

http://www.arsenal.com/reserves-youth/players/sean-mcdermott {Ed013's Note - He played for the youth team at Man City the other day, 2-2 final score}

Believable5 Unbelievable0

It does say hes joined!!

Agree5 Disagree0

It's a youth loan.
He can play youth games or reserves not first team.
He played at the weekend so i'm assuming we're a bit short on the youths but their might be more to it, you never know.

Has anyone else shirt loss of the sponsors! I am so annoyed it can't even last a full season. {Ed013's Note - Rubbish quality! I wait for the sales now or wear one from 20 years ago! Try washing on a colder wash, ohh I sound like my Mother now!!!}

Believable5 Unbelievable0

It would be impossible to do buy a shirt from 20 years considering i am only 18 {Ed013's Note - That is my alternative to the poor quality of the new shirts. For yourself, try and get one off an auction site, off an older friend or like my good mother says, use a cold wash. If none of the above works, take your shirt off, swing your scarf above your head and sing Champions of Europe!}

Agree2 Disagree1

I know I my scarf is 14 years old it is a beauty. It just annoys me so much I mean £40 that could buy you 10 programs or 1 match plus travel expenses and I am not the only person either.

Damm you Masterbates why do you make it so expensive to support the team we love !

Agree1 Disagree0

Well if we got a proper kit maker and embroided the sponsor on then they wouldn't be so bad - If you compare them to the ones from the late 90's early 00's they look like pub team shirts (no offense to macron, probably Grayson that picked them bad, but I would return to Puma, Nike or Umbro)
Warnock picked the blue strip on saturday, maybe he dislikes that black glow in the dark one.
perhaps he'll be like Revie and choose some decent shirts

Agree1 Disagree0

Happened to my shirt last season and they swapped it. I took it into the store and they just gave me a new one and re-printed the name on the back and number and put the league logos back on. That would be my advice. Also don't use fabric softener because that's the reason you lose the sponsors it rots the glue.
Mot

Agree1 Disagree0

Well said Ed.
TopMan shirt will do fine lol. :D

Agree1 Disagree0

Take it back fella they just give you a new one no questions asked. It's happened to me a few times

Agree2 Disagree0

Last seasons OHS came off back of my shirt just by laying down in red hot weather but there was a 2nd OHS under it so was not really made properly then the sponsor on the front came off as well in the heat while crossing my arms against my shirt .

Far be it for me to disagree with everyone but Billy Paynter didn't become a bad player over night. Just look at the transformation of Brownie it's no accident. If your honest and look at Billys performances he got into the right places to make chances, all that he was lacking was confidence. Confidence lifts pressure NW is brilliant at inspiring players he is a good man manager Billy could make a good target man........... Give him a chance

Believable5 Unbelievable4

Sorry but Billy is a poor player who in my eyes only had his 1 good season because of Charlie Austin's support play. Look back at his track record and tell me he could do a job - similar player to Becchio who seems to have found form again after struggling with injuries. No way he would be above Becchio, Ross or a fit Somma in the pecking order and fully expect him to go in the summer (probably back to league 1 which his absolute best hope)

Agree3 Disagree1

Why not just for a change praise the players who adourn the white of leeds united and sing out loud theres only one billy paynter. thus it might give the lad much needed confidence.

Agree3 Disagree2

Paynter needs to be getting some competitive games now while hes scoring in reserves either with leeds or go out on loan . his injury to his shin is what knocked him and he has never really recovered its made him slower . he seems to be getting his confidence back now im sure he will be playing again soon .

Agree1 Disagree1

First reply ive been saying that since he joined us, he had ONE good season and the rest he has been distinctly average, hes the worst striker at the club and one of the worst weve had besides anthony elding and leon constantine, i feel bad for him, fair play he is a leeds player so its harsh to slag him off all the time but he hasnt exactly covered himself in glory since his arrival has he? hes a league 1 striker at best

surely it must be time to give paynter 10 -20 mins hes scoring in every reserve game now and i would use him instead of forssell at the moment

Believable9 Unbelievable6

Please no. was that last comment from barn doors mum. warnock maybe able to perform miracles but this is one even he couldnt pull off

Agree2 Disagree4

Forssell has looked equally donkey like. give Billy his last chance.

Agree3 Disagree2

If warnock can get connolly playing well there hope for paynter

Agree2 Disagree1

If Becchio, Snoddy & Ross can stay fit hopefully neither of them will have to grace the pitch in a Leeds shirt again other than the reserves. Especially with Webber joining and gaining match fitness

Agree1 Disagree1

Billys played a lot more than forsell in his leeds career so cant really compare to two, forsell is proven at this level, billy quite frankly is not

Warnock is the new GOD!!
Read his quote how he has sorted the back line out. "I love to see a bit of blood on a centre halfs head" !!!
What a top feller! What a top centre half ODea is looking too.

Believable7 Unbelievable0

O'Dea had a blinder at Middlesbrough, granted - but let's see if he can maintain consistency. I play CH myself and love the more "physical" aspects of the game, too :-)

Agree4 Disagree0

To be fair to o'dea, he was seeing cartoon birds around his head for a few weeks. He's been solid as centre half for the republic and won an award recently, he isn't that bad

Agree5 Disagree0

One game doesn't make O'Dea a good defender. The guy's still a risk, let's not forget that it was his mistake that cost us our only goal under Colin

Agree0 Disagree6

In defence of O'Dea, Colin seems to have got him motivated and playing well and the goal where he did make a mistake was scored by arguably the best striker in the league - Lambert who made a difficult chance look easy. Lees and O'Dea seem to be getting a good understanding and playing with a lot more confidence than under Grayson

Agree1 Disagree0

Just see how O' Dee stepped in every time for the Rep of Ireland and done a decent job, i know he playing with a better centre half but credit to him he is reasonably consistant

Agree2 Disagree0

why do people refer to warnock as 'colin'? {Ed013's Note - I can't say on here mate, but what I can say is re-arrange Neil Warnock into 2 new words, one is Colin one is ...... Its a little unfair, but has comedy value}

Believable9 Unbelievable1

I wondered too and when I figured it out properly laughed out loud!

They're basically the same except maybe Kenny is more of a shot stopper whereas Lonergan is very good at distribution
