Went to watch england game last night at Buzz bar tenerife. On arrival in my nice new leeds home shirt a voice from behind me said "you can't wear that in here" I looked round to see a table of 6 young lads. I said oh yea! So who, s your team? He replied 'wednesday" oh so you too embarrassed to wear your shirt then son I replied. Think it got to him as every other table erupted with laughter. Funny they left 20 mins into game.

6 at the table but can't say for sure if they was all wendies as there reluctant to wear their shirts. Might of been one and his 5 body guards lol. There was a table of Stoke fans and let me say they was top top lads. Had good friendly banter with them for almost a week. Bit soft tho like their team as we went on the boxing punch bag in the sports bar and I won it by slapping it. Put a few noises out of joint watching young uns giving it everything with their punches only to be outdone by a 52 yr old slapping it.

Not what it used to be but still felt good showing young uns how its done. Was all in fun alf they were good lads proud of their team but not cocky.

Living not far from Stoke I think they are probably the closest to us, good old-fashioned fans.
