The Cardiff game was the first I've seen for a couple of months due to illness. I have to say for them first 65 minutes or so that was the best football I've seen play for many a year including all the games last season and this season. It was ironic that after conceding the fewest goals in the division we score three without really looking to concede even from set pieces we let in three in the way we did. Nevertheless we are still in the top two and if we can get to see that standard of football I think I can live with mess ups from time to time. Frustrating to drop points but that first 65 minutes was a pleasure to watch.

Well two points dropped but it was bound to happen at some point. Still do not know how to shut a game down. Bit strange to bring Pascal on when he did. But hey ho we are ten clear of third and i think a win at Fulham will make a statement. Disappointing to lose that lead but we move on and maybe its what we needed to remind us nothings easy in this division.

Bielsa must take the bulk of the responsibility for the result. Yes, Kiko was not dominating on crosses as he previously has been however if Bielsa is as detailed in analysing opponents as we all believe then he should have prepared better for Cardiff's only tactic.

Substitutions were poorly considered in removing Bamford who was giving us a focal point and not closing the game down at 3-1 by putting 5 at the back.

Even if you don't have the height to compete in the air, you can load the box with enough numbers to make it difficult for attacking players to get a run at the ball.

At 3-2 I think Bielsa panicked and threw Struijk into a difficult situation. I feel sorry for the lad.

I have a feeling MB did prepare for Cardiff and their style of play. Is he not known for meticulous planning? Oh well we have to blame someone so Marcelo today it’s your turn!

Getting all your monumental **** ups out in one game is much better than drip feeding them in a regular basis. I was unable to make the game but was watching the text commentary which was frankly very arrogant thinking “I hope the players are not feeling like the texters because it will bite us on the a**e. ” I think a wake up call is long overdue and I hope and believe we will hear the wake up call and kick on. Would have taken 10 points clear of 3rd at this stage of the season!

You must know it hurts me to agree with Noel Whelan but I too would have closed this game out and gone to a back 3 and by defensive definition a back 5 at times. I feel sorry for Pascal, cold, young, never started a game. Where are his "friends", protecting him?

On the other 🖐 11 matches unbeaten and I reckon a lot of us would have accepted a draw beforehand! Just the fact we were 3 goals up that really hurts!

For Harris to say certain things in the last Baadiff 🐏 performance were '"not acceptable in a Neil Harris team" does make him sound more than a little bit up himself.

Regardless, it would of course be great to get one over them, and him today - we owe them both a few - and keep this good run going.

Never easy against Cardiff, and expect another battle today. Dislike Harris as a football person, proper whinger. Hard to call this game today and could easily see it being a draw.
