Looks like a Leeds fan is taking the prospect of Antenucci leaving in June without signing a contract extension to heart.

Bermo, we know you love him. Was it you? I'm sure it will work too - he is sure to stay now. So come back to sunny England once you've taken in the Italian scenery, Bermondsey. One could say an Italian Job well done. Lol. He rendezvous with Ausman just before his triathlon who told him only to blow the doors off lmao.

I though the same thing George when I heard his Range Rover was torched. Maybe it was Woody, jealous of his four goals in three games and fearful of his place in the team. This is a job for Poirot or Hong Kong Fuey!

i have an alibi honestly and it has been years since I have burnt anything/ anyone (apart from dinner and wife but they don't count) surely this arson wasnt a leeds fan as it makes no sense to do that. he is on a roll leave him be enjoying football is more likely to make him sign a new contract than going all Scareface on him.

I think it must be a random nut case or opposition fan I cant/ won't believe a leeds fan would do this to his own player when he is playing so well. good point about wood where was he when said crime took place?

and yeah I have to say I proper love ant. so much so that the thought of losing him fills me with rage almost enough rage to petrol bomb his car.

Hong Kong Phooey was waaay better at solving crime than Poirot.
Wood could be a lead. Terrible thing jealousy.

15 Mar 2016 14:19:15
Lol. Hong Kong Phooey (correct spelling, thanks George) was nothing without Spot, the striped cat. Without him, he'd never have been able to get out of the filing cabinet!

BW Kammy was a tough tackling midfielder who played for quite a few clubs, he had some success and of course joined us for the 89-90 season but that was the season of Batts, Strachan, speedo and vinnie so he found it hard getting in as I recall, but agree thoroughly nice bloke, mad as a hatter but Top bloke 😎.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - thing about Kammy is that no one has anything bad to say about him, he is universally loved. When you consider that he was tough tackling and put himself about, so would have been upsetting people, that says a lot about what a genuinely nice guy he is.}

14 Mar 2016 22:43:36
Well said Ed001. Top geezer and was a very good player for Leeds, albeit over a short period of time.

14 Mar 2016 23:27:04
Agree corky and Ed, think he had his moments where he took no prisoners, think there was a time where he received death threats while at pompey not sure what that was about and he got charged for ABH for punching a player after a game, so obviously a nice guy until provoked 😂 he is such a naturally funny guy without trying to be, a very rare talent, he still has a soft spot for us mot 😎.

Kammie one of the game's gents.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Mar 2016 10:33:11
yeah he is a big lump wouldn't want to upset him. I remeber him being at the club and have the video for the season reviews but don't remember him getting a game (bit like grayson) so wondered if he was unlucky to be against jones and batty then batty and mac or if he was just not very good. As I said I do remember him letting us out at er onto the main road after a massive cue- my step dad was very impressed meant with got fish and chips 15 minutes earlier.

Has anyone noticed whilst reflecting in the glory of recent results that there are a few goals going in from former players discarded.
Sharp 16
Arose 20
Morison 12
Painter 11
Vokes 12
Not to mention McCormack on 19.
What could be the reason these fellas have found their scoring touch again after leaving ER?
Let me put this to you.
One up football will never work and that's what they were asked to play under more than one Leeds regime including the current one.
What would Clarke have been without Jones, or Keegan without Toshack or Chapman without Wallace or Law without Charlton or Rooney without Van Persie. The answer is that. Their output would be much reduced. The best example currently being Rooney playing on his own up front with 5 defenders around him, just like our Wood until he got injured and just like Wood Rooneys output in terms of goals is quite pathetic for him.

SE seems to had had the penny drop and the two current strikers are benefitting from the reduced marking around them.
So, Mr. Evans, hold the thought and stick to the current formation and who knows we may yet show more improvement and make that last ditch challenge for the top six that so many on here are dreaming about.

all bar the last 2 in league 1. Fulham are still welcome to McBadge kisser.
I believe SV was on loan from wolves at the time so wasn't ours anyway.

True Proc, but I think wakeyjim makes an excellent point, very hard to disagree with it. But I def agree about the fake Badge Kisser. He's a goal scorer alright, but was whoring himself out to the highest bidder. And still is.

15 Mar 2016 10:37:42
agree about one up, it only works with worlds best like at barca. unless real quality all over the pitch it is hard.

i was always a big fan of sharp and morrision (as most will recall) and I had their backs but think maybe dropping a level is better for them maybe they just not just not cut out for champisionship now days. I do think sharp never given chance due to set up and morrsion was asked to do differnt game for leeds that wasnt what he is best at. Ajose for me just wasnt set out for this level and is great when playing poor opposotion but no good when up a level so he flatters to decieve. scored against millwall other day though so well worth shifting as a good against millwall is almost as good as a goal for leeds in my book, was with uncle he was not best pleased.

only one to have got better is vokes ajose 5-6 yards out morison still a donkey and is in area more now but all in all lower clubs so found there league .

Can anyone explain this to me? (I can't help thinking I'm missing something) .
On the betting site I use Leeds are 17/ 10 to win on Saturday and Huddersfield are 6/ 4 (favourites) . WHY?
We are 5 points ahead of them with a game in hand. We are 4th in the current form table they are 17th. We are at home. I don't get it! 😕.

There seems to be a lot on t'internet from Blackburn claiming they didn't deserve to lose.

I wasn't at the match but can anyone tell me, were there any contentious match changing decisions? Should any of our players been sent off? Were there any blatant penalty decisions go against them? These are all rhetorical questions as I know the answer is no.

So Blackburn were in fact beaten fair and square and as there was no evidence of any foul play, despite their huffing, puffing and hoofing the ball forward, deserved to lose.

Football is full of injustices and poor decisions where teams can claim they didn't deserve to lose. The European Cup final in 1975 where we were denied two blatant penalties and had a perfectly legitimate goal disallowed being one. The European Cup Winners Cup Final in 1973 against AC Milan which was shrouded in corruption where the referee was banned and never reefed another game another. There's more including WBA at home in 1971. These three games alone could have cost us a league title, Eurpoean Cup and European Cup Winners Cup.

Now that's injustice for you Blackburn.

spot on MM,

games often work out like that. The game against middlesborugh a while back (when sharp scored I think) we had no right winning that game yet did. Then other games we played well but still lost, like the brighton game last week (ok not that game but here have been loads) .

Unless it is something like the 75 cup final, hand of god of Henry being a cheating scumbag against the irish I don't see the point in them banging on about it. Same with cardiff but all accounts they should of smashed us but we won. That is signs of a good team after all!

Classic Kammy, hilarious, Google it if you haven't seen it 😂 see you in the peacock Saturday boys mot 😎.

yeah there was another couple of kammie gems. one where he missed a goal and didn't know why the fans where cheering and the other one when a pentaly was saved and he thought it went in. Love the guy but he is bat s""t crazy. He also let us out once outside ER so top think he is alround top bloke. Was he any good as a footballer?
