Kalvin Phillips is the epicenter of Leeds United today, he is in my estimation the most important player in the team. I have no doubt he will be the future captain of Leeds and will play a very influential role in making Leeds Utd a top club again.

OK fellas, I have listened to some admitted not everyone, having a pop at Grealish for his so called cheating (diving) .
To be fair I have admitted I hate it myself, because chances have gone begging by doing it.
But a very good point was made by Bermondseywhite, if a player stays upright after a foul, it does validate going down, and Grealish like him or hate him, he is probably one of the best at it.
Think about this, if he was playing for England and he won a penalty or free kick that resulted in us winning the World Cup, how would that go down?
Having said all that, how do you guys see the theatricals performed by Bamford against us, that resulted in El Ghazi a fellow professional being sent of.
Now that is cheating, is it not.
Thoughts?

To be honest pal I’ve only ever seen Bamford do his theatrics against Villa, guess he feels he’s got to even up the cheating stats!

I’m surprised Dave it’s taken you this long to bring that up.
Paddy was banged to rights and I’m sure, well I hope so, was ashamed.

Yes Bamford cheated LeedsDave, it was wrong.
But he was retrospectively punished, so why isn't grealish when he does it 10 times a game.

Well said Corky, and no counter comment, I didn`t want to.
The only reason I brought it up Corky, is because it seems to be a bit repetitive about Grealish, he is a very good player, and has been at the club from a six year old, we love him at VP, and he is also well liked in football.
I really dislike Sterling, but he is still a good player,

Canada, if you read my posts mate, I have said more than once I hate it, you need to watch a couple of videos on Grealish and see the heavy contact made on him, you would have a shock mate.
What happened with Bamford was an absolute disgrace mate, full stop.

So any player who gets fouled is a cheater, jack just knows how to draw the fouls, cutting across etc. players just can’t tackle him hence why he wins so many frees but very rarely a penalty cause defenders won’t touch him in the box they stand off rather than give a penalty, I said it here before MB didn’t sub your midfielder after 15 mins because jack was diving he subbed him because he couldn’t tackle him without fouling, the replacement managed quiet well when he came on. I suppose ronaldo cheated his way to being 1 of the greatest footballers of any generation cause he was fouled a lot.

15 Nov 2020 16:14:29
Of course he gets fouled sometimes Leedsdave, as any playmaker does and of course that is wrong and players are punished either during the game or after (I'd the ref doesn't see the incident at the time) .
But he dives a lot and that should be treated the same as Bamford.
Talking of absolutely disgusting, any comments on the assault of Klich after that game by your pathetic players? Strange you haven't mentioned that when disgusting things that are out of order.

15 Nov 2020 22:58:05
Wasn’t it klich who started that whole drama by playing on when everyone had stopped? Assault you say? I’m sure if he was assaulted then some of our players would of being punished afterwards but assaulted was probably a bit strong a word I’m sure some of the guys had a bit of a go at him but deservedly so, so much so that your brilliant manager instructed you guys to give back the goal like a true sportsman and total respect to him I don’t know of any other manager who would of done it and especially when ye were chasing automatic promotion, those pathetic players you mentioned went on to win promotion and stayed in the league after all our injuries and unfair VAR decisions and this year thus far beat Liverpool arsenal and Leicester, all top teams so maybe not as pathetic as you might think.

Three worst divers I've seen.
1st place and absolute scum. Mark permy Hughes.
2nd place. Mr klinssman.
3rd grealish
Sorry Dave. got to be honest.
Berm. You for real?
Ayling be in top 10 but nowhere near those three.
It's a shame
Because 2 was talented and 3 is. Why do it?

Klinsmann was a nightmare in Italy but not bad at all in the Premier League.

Because he was smart enough to Milk it and play on it. Whereas permy and prob greal.

Now what about franny Lee now he could dive.

Agree1 Disagree0

14 Nov 2020 14:41:49
Drogba and Gerrard were also adept at this cheating 'skill'.

The irony is that although the football authorities brought in retrospective punishment to counteract diving they never ever use it.

Too old for Grammy Lee. Sorry.

Was mark hughes a proper diver? Not too sure about that one Aus.
Who was that little Brazilian we had a couple of years back? He done the dive of all dives!

Had Deli Ali to that list for persistent divers.
