these Beards are readily available from fancy dress outlets but a simple solution would be to soak a bates' beard overnight in Bovril.

Just watched the after match interview and it seemed to indicate that "the lads need help" he also showed that he feels a lack of "plan B off the bench". Does that mean that he has no faith that the players he has in the squad are any better/different to the ones he is picking?
I think maybe 1 up front away from home should be considered with either an extra midfielder or a deeper lieing attacker with a responsibility to drop back when we have lost the ball and play like an adventourous attacking midfielder when we are in possession.
This of course goes hand in hand with tightening up at the back with a commanding centre back drafted in with a holding midfielder at the base of the diamond (if we persevere with the diamond) sweeping in front of the centrebacks.
Until the ship is steadied it may be wise to get the fullbacks defending and think twice about charging forward. Fulham were not exciting and some would argue no better than us, but they took home the 3 points.
Lets not forget about our passing ethos but for the moment the only thing that counts are the points, and for me, protecting the young gems that we have, which when you are winning "burnout" and "too young" never comes into it but a string of bad results soon gets a dressing room fractured, arguing and fingers being pointed. We still have the youngsters like Purver, Phillips, Mulhern, Walters, Stokes etc. yearning for a chance too. We definitely have options, the only problem is we need someone to step up and take some leadership in the midfield. Mowatt can do it, as he's shown before, but I don't want to expect too much of a teenager.

Any colour as long as it doesn't go with anything else your wearing. My fave is a green, purple and mustard combo. Got to be cheap and shiney to be a true fashionista
