Ok, of course everyone is entitled to their opinion. And of course other teams are going to try and stop us playing how we want to play. We have a new squad, a new manager we are capable of playing good football, we are makng too many mistakes and you always need a bit of luck! If we finish the season where we are now or higher TC will have done his job, if not he will more than likely be looking for a new position. Giving opinions is different than managing or directing the club! We can all give opinions but only one man has to listen to them and try and decide which opinion is right! I think he is doing a good job, i think he will learn and i think we will finish in the top six. He changed goalkeepers and he reintroduced Sacko amongst other changes. He can manage, let's support him when he needs it, its easy to do it when he doesnt!

Its still early days. We are only 12 league games into the season. I am not happy with everything TC has done but am not altogether unhappy either. In changing the keeper he has shown that he has the courage to make big calls when needed. We finished the game on the weekend a hell of a lot better than we started and, in the end, had opportunities enough to even win it. As much as I want to see results NOW, I think patience is called for. I'm all for Leeds. We can still do this. MOT

New owner, new coach, lots of new players, we've had a bad run of 4 defeats in 5 but still in 6th place. Maybe we got a bit carried away after beating some of the weaker teams early doors, but TC seems to be a bright guy and will have to have a rethink now. Was there on Saturday and surprised how ponderous we were in possession. Once we got a bit of pace through Sacko, Reading looked uncomfortable for the first time. How about a back 3 of Pontus, Pennington and Shaughnessy, Ayling/Anita and Dallas/Alioski as wing backs, Vieira, Klich and O'Kane in midfield, then Lasogga up front with Saiz in behind him. Might give the opposition something to think about.

I don't usually do teams but, as Mark's team above with Coops in for Penn, Ayling and Anita, OK and Ronny in mid with Saiz, Lassogga and Alioski/Roofe

Agree with giving a back 3 ago and suggested on here yesterday if we don't have a natural LB that TC rates. Still a long way to go this season so probably needs to try a few new things to figure out what is our best formation and players

Having seen ARs Twitter post calling for us fans to stay patient etc, I do agree with his sentiment and thank him for the work, time and money he has put into the club. As fans we all want the best for this club and we know we are moving in the right direction all be it slowly. Also we do have the right to voice our opinions, none of us enjoy being negative or at least I hope not. But looking at things constructively, there are problems with our squad and style of play at present. Strengthening in a few areas is needed, so over to you AR.

With any luck the "time to go Massimo" crowd will get a campaign for the removal of Radz as soon as possible.

Not at all Wex, you miss the point. Can't believe anyone compare AR to Massimo with the direction he is taking the club. By the way Massimo had his good points and layed the platform for AR. But us fans have the right to voice our options, regardless if you or others agree. AR has been good for the club and I for one have no doubt he will continue to take this club forward.

Trouble is Mezzer seems some here want instant success. Like I said we're a work in progress. Patience is required. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but criticism of our manager is a bit harsh considering the start he's had. We all know this is the toughest league let's let him find his feet.

Wex I was rooting around looking for my "Time to go" placard. Luckily "Massimo" is in crayon (not allowed anything sharp) so I can change it at will.

As someone who remembers buying "squibs" (one penny) I have to agree although for writing complaint letters Squids are much better, all that free ink.

"We didn't want to give much space away, because we know how they like to play and it paid off". Jaap Stam. The mention of them knowing how we like to play says volumes.

My mate Henri could have done better with that penalty, despite being a heavily overweight Cocker Spaniel that died in 1998.
