It confirms the rumours that there is a split in the side,Redfearn did say that some of the team knew about Thompson's suspension before he did, could things get any worse? I feel so sorry for Neil,he loves the club

No risk of going down so the players are saving themselves from injury.

These chaps are on 2 year contracts and I bet you now are looking to move on since their profile has increased.

"Players playing to their own agenda"and now six players ruling themselves out. Same old leeds.

Sylvestri and Ant are injured, Cani and Del Fabro probably don't see the point of travelling to London to watch the match when they can catch it at home.Dont know about the Duke because he may have got a game if he had travelled. Berlusci may read it same way as ds. Anyway its six less names in the hat

Oh my God, how are we going to manage without Cani's goals?!

The selection for the Charlton game should reflect Neil's confidence in the home grown youth policy. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Those who wear the shirt with pride, both the players and supporters have never walked away from a fight - bring it on!MOT

Why would you get rid of Ngoyi after only 1 game? Bit harsh me thinks.

yes ngoyi looked ok looks like he knows what to do and on Tuesday put ball through to sharp and sharp came towards him mix up cause ngoyi knows his stuff at times I thought he was wasted playing holding roll as looks like good passer of ball and can see gaps where to slip ball through . time will tell looks an intelligent player

Yes Ngoyi looked OK as it was his first game, did the key pass for wootton to almost score, he seemed to know how to play, I guess it does depend on his fitness issues.

Cani to go for sure, Adryan has shown nothing for me in games, Sloth again done very little, SM clearly got to go, BSharp might do OK with 2 up front and more crosses in box so I would keep him as back up.

I have not seen Brian Mont/Del Fab in action so no comment on them apart from fact they have not come into the team which may say something?, Doukara/Benedicic I would say let go, we can get better, Aidy white to lightweight for me so go.

So that is at least 7-8 without us losing any of our young stars.

We need a CB, a forward who scores, a quick wide player or 2? so in theory MC could bring in more quality on higher money as have less senior players in squad, well you can only hope.

I bet Cellino is rubbing his hands with glee at the prospect of getting rid of redfearn, especially on the back of all these defeats. He has the perfect excuse and of course the fans won't be too dismayed. It was all planned, get rid of Thommo (wings clipped) in the hope the club would suffer as per usual and then he has the perfect excuse so we shouldn't be too bothered should we?
I really hope we turn a corner and win all of our final games at the very least.

Believe it or not Cellino did not get rid of Thompson, he is still here. When Cellino gets back he may not be but it was Salerno and the board who suspended him, not a bright move but neither was Thompsons slagging off a boss. Redfearn is still here and probably will be nex, t season even after explaining some of his strange team choices. Cani has been a waste of money we do not have, Neil asked for options up front so Cani was brought in and never used. Keeps saying we have little options in midfield which translates to he will never play Adryan or Montenegro. He plays players out of position for no reason other than they his young guns. Midfield not strong enough, he has said this, yet he leaves out players who can add a bit of flair or bite. I am not saying Redfearn should go but he needs to take off his blinkers and start planning for games instead of same old same old. He now says 4-4-2 is the way to play in championship, not so sure, but if so he needs to sort out midfield because Mowatt, Cook, Murphy and Byram will not handle it, unless Byram goes to wingback and a proper midfeilder or winger is introduced.

So you don't think the "board" or Salerno squared it with cellino first? Didn't Cellino come out and say that the reason behind Thommo going was because he called Salerno a "retard"? Me thinks something fishy afoot.

No really think it was a decision made by board. He may have been told and knowing he will be back in May was probably not too bothered. Cellino has a lot of business in Miami so do not believe at that time Leeds was his priority. He will sort things in summer, sign who we need for next campaign, get rid of others, decide if Redfearns the man for job before he gets banned again

Season nearly over and everyone is breathing a sigh of relief as championship football is safe for another season - now the talk is of which players we want to keep, where we should strengthen and who should be sold - For me I would be happy knowing that our club is in safe hands and that whoever owns those hands they have LUFC's interests in thier hearts - dream of a nice quiet trouble free season with no writs, court actions, law suits, resignations, alligations, embargoes - but then it wouldn't be Leeds - what ever happens like the rest of you gents and ladies on this site I will still be White and proud - MOT

Spot on there Grab. This time last season I was desperate for it to end, this year the end fills me with apprehension. Will we be dismantled? Sold? With the court cases piling up what is MC going to do, the FL have enough reason to ban him again and again. Will he sell players to make a killing, or just sell up and go back to Italy, I dunno.Red Bull, I sincerely hope not, we would be swallowed up by a corporate identity with none of ours left. Turmoil everywhere, Salerno gone, or maybe not! Childs leaving under duress, Umbers quiet, which is worrying, accounts under investigation, Thommo suspended to the end of his contract, not a dickie bird on outstanding contract renewals, £22 million lost but at least GFH are conspicuous by their absence. And so it goes on and on. Still, at least the sun is shining.

Ever since publicity Pete bankrupted the living carp out of us, the problem has been our owners. Bates then GFH were only interested in themselves. Now we have a guy who is genuine but his past prevents him from bankrolling us. With the recent activity at ER at boardroom and management level it is blatant we are being primed for a takeover. I said it before. Looks to me like Cellino shall replace GFH and Red Bull shall replace Cellino or Eleonora holding. I expect the deal to be finalized early July at latest.

What are our prospects for picking up any points in our remaining thee games? Judge on the performance of our previously sacked coaches, surely this weekend's game is the Iast for Redferne if we don't win?

No point getting rid of him to end of season really
He has to know before last game so will prob dump him before rotheram game and wing it!
Points. Well reddders is saying team up for a good finish so 3 points. 1 point. 3 points. Anything less would be a failure really!
Gonna be an interesting 3 months
The good thing and only good thing this season is a few of our youth have proved worthy, we have murphy, bambi and a reasonable goalie. So we only need a few more quality additions rather than pretty much a whole bloody team, like last year!

Agree there is little point in sacking NR before then of the season. Who is left within the club to take over running the first team? Cellino can't as he is still banned, and there is no assistant coach thanks to the to the bizarre sacking of Thomson.
