I wonder what happens to QSI money if we do not get promoted this year? All the talk is money now and a deal, subject to promotion, but I do not recollect a Plan B. What happens to the takeover if we are still a Championship team. Do they still buy, at a reduced fee, or walk away leaving a 10 mill investment (for the future? ) . Anybody know?

If I were QSI I wouldn't be taking out my chequebook too soon. A loan of £10m whether we get promoted or not would seem to be of an advantage whatever the outcome.
If we are promoted it is a deposit towards the full value of club at PL value
If we aren't promoted they will probably be able to claim that money back against the forthcoming season ticket sales
From Leeds' point of view it will give the team a larger budget for the January transfer window.
At the present moment I could not say what, if any, incoming transfers there could be.
Yes, we are tight in terms of numbers but that's how Biesla likes it. My guess is that come midway through January the club with assess how any injuries are progressing and what personnel we are likely to have for Feb, Mar and April. Should they highlight likely weak areas it will be those that the transfer budget will be spent on
(The rumour of a link to Ayew seems a lot more plausible that the Dwight Gayle or Vydra one that follows us at each transfer window. Ayew has already played within the Biesla system so would not need the 6 week orientation that seems to be the norm for all our signings under Biesla
And bearing in mind that Nekeitha is now fully up to speed with the system I think it would be good advice if Ian Wright told his protege to finish the season with us and reap from the work he has done)

Think the deal from what is in the media is £120m if promoted and
£80m as a championship club . One theory on why Rads has not done the deal at this moment in time is,
if QSI had control they would be able to save themselves £40m on the purchase price by not achieving promotion this season.
The £10m is the deposit for the purchase, the amount of balancing payment is determined by which division we are in next season.
Rads is not prepared to allow QSI influence which Division we are in, so will keep the reins until this is known.

Canada: not all the money goes into the owners pockets though. A lot ‘should’ go into competing in the Premier league so in terms of value it doesn’t always add too much.

It's not about owners pockets with these guys. Satying in championship is almost certainly a financial hit (all clubs are losing money) . In PL the income is so high you can make or profit (or choose to invest in squad) .
