In 50 years of support I've seen many ups & definitely more downs

The point is we are Leeds - it comes with good and bad and no guarantees. We need a reality check - it is all about the passion, not the glory

With apologies to Rudyard Kipling he seemed to sum it up quite well -

IF you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on GFH and BMc too,
If you can trust your belief in LUFC when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;

Well 14 day international break still no signings. We are a joke. Don't worry brian and GFH, no hurry only half way up league. Wait until near relegation. We need new players now another few weeks go buy and it won't matter. Where is this investment. Must still be in negotiations with Earle from

No players are coming in until Jan . Bmd won't sign just anyone for the sake of it and the type of quality he would sign is not available .

No not Barcelona, but the words I won't get players just for the sake of it and they need to be better than what we have already got. Well we got hunt, smith and Murphy just for the sake of it. Not better than what we already have. SAS moto. Who dares wins. Not can't be bothered got no money let's not bother.

Type of quality rubbish. Linguard to Birmingham quality Machada to Doncaster quality Connolly to Brighton and winger on loan to Burnley. QUALITY

Nobody had heard of lingard before he moved to birmingham so don't make out like you did saying he's quality

Unfair to say no one had heard of lindegard before birmingham any mankychester player has to be of a certain standard even to sit on the bench!

Cant we make positions redundant, start calling them something else. Like play organiser for midfielders and barriers for defenders then we could make redundancies

Why can't we sack them with 4 weeks pay if they are not good enough

Is nt there some rule about cancellation of contract by mutual agreement if a player has not played in the first team over a given period of time?
Obviously the stumbling block is the mutual bit.
But surely a player who could be out of work in 6 months needs game time, otherwise how do they hope to get another contract somewhere else?
Especially if they re in their early 30's. In addition, somehow, not sure why, when a player is unattached they seem the be more able to negotiate better deals for themselves? Can t fathom why unless having no club just makes things less complex.
Anyone any idea of how this contract termination works? Ed?
