Also great that Bielsa gets another piece of silverware to shove in the faces of those who have seemingly delighted in pointing to a lack of trophies since the Argie Olympics success, as being symptomatic of a record of failure, both for his methods and the man himself.

There's one or two on this site who can be counted among those naysayers.

you know what clueless not only am i amoung them naysayers, i reckon i am the biggest one

he squad too small for championship
team lacks height and danger in both boxes
high voliecty will tire us out
cant get us over the line
no plan b
doesnt learn from mistakes
yes has greatness but flaws outwieght them

and i know football. i win a lot of money on football bets, my fantasy teams nomrall in top 2.5k yet i am delighted to be proven so, so wrong

taddy i never said he would walk away. i said i wished he would (again how wrong) and never said we would finish 16th i said we would be top fall away finish 3rd and get beat in play offs again. if you are going to quote me get it right. and in my slight defence, if not for the the virus break maybe we would of. however it ain't about ifs buts and maybes fact is we are going up.

After all the euphoria the serious stuff. I've been left with a bucket full of losing betting slips. Fulham, Swansea, Barnsley, Stoke etc etc etc. All backed not to drop points against us. If Radz was aware of my part in his success would he pay my expenses? Better still if I was employed to do the same next season it would mean we would top the table from start to finish with the lads just having to turn up. Not much coaching needed. Pity I didn't think of it years ago we would have avoided all the downs. Thinking of betting on Bamford not to score at all. That should be good for a start. Hope he gets a start. He worked hard the lad.

Nice one. Always supported Leeds but the point is we didn't get everything right all the time this season and assessing each game as it comes and goes s what it is all about. I've always said we would possibly be champions, probably automatic promotion and definitely play offs.

Bamford isn't a natural goal scorer but the rest of his game is very good. We've been helped along the way by other results but nevertheless we've played some excellent football most of the season but struggle against physical defensive sides.

Apart from my playing career i've watched Leeds home and away - including Jack Charlton's first game back after national service- and I enjoy the highs like now because football is all about endeavour, ups and downs and opinions. Leeds are the best no other opinion counts.

I really wanted to see him play the last nine games after seeing him looking lean and saying he fit.
Could come good but a worry on injuries.
I would personally like mitrovic ( sure that controversial) but bielsa likes one up top to hold ball and link players in, he does that well and prolific.
Would also ( while being greedy) like haulland, or that Celtic forward, not seen him but scored lots, abliet Scottish league.
Lastly, will Milner return?

Would love Milner back at the club for our return. Guess the chances of it happening all down to his wage demands and importantly if Bielsa wants him. Would think it would be more wishful thinking but he is still fit enough to do a job for us.

{Ed001's Note - it is more than that, he just signed a new 2 year deal with Liverpool about 2 weeks ago. That would be the biggest issue.}

{Ed001's Note - just thought I would point it out before people start wondering why he hasn't already signed! At this point in his career it must be a big pull to go back home, but Millie seems very settled and happy at Liverpool so I am not convinced it will happen. Winning an English, European and World title tends to make players want to stay and win more usually.

Btw congratulations, so glad to see Bielsa back in the Prem. I don't want to say I told you so or anything. No actually that's a lie, I have been desperate to say it!!}

looking at players i think we should stick to the more recent successful clubs and buy from championship like burnley, sheff utd and brighton rather than fulham and villa lots of money on forgien risky imports

I would like to see us go for perrea of west brom for pablo (mans a god but is 112 years old)

think millwall trio of jed wallace, cooper and webster would all be great at leeds and do job in prem

eeze at qpr also good shout but might be very expensive

of course number of brentford players but think they are shoe in for the prem.
