Ive heard plenty of targets for next season keith southern of blackpool david norris ipswich darren pratley swansea i think he'll be in premiership nxt season (maybe with leeds) and danny graham. as for grayson with thease loan signings bannans a good player but the way leeds play i don't think you see the best off him we've let some decent players out on loan it seems to me grayson doesn't know his best side if playin 2 upfront y not give ross ago with becciho i think this wud b a good combo give the lad a chance. M O T

Its not the losing or not getting to the play offs its the manner its been done. If we couldnt get quality holding mid fielders or central defenders we should have stayed with the formation and players that was 'going ok' . Bringing in players of a type we already had and shipping out players that could have done a job that the loanees were/ are asked to do doesn't make any real sense.

There are some very simple solutions to the problems we have in our squad:

1) Sign better coaches that have experience of top level football - Radebe and Matteo even Woodgate (Player/ Coach) would make good defense coaches as they know how to control, captain and marshal a back four and were all very good defenders.
For Midfield i would suggest David Batty or Vinnie Jones (he's always wanted to come back) as they would not only provide a defensive mentality but also inspire youngsters as these are living legends.
GK coach should also be changed as Kasper Shemeichel has declined slightly over the year (kicking and catching)
2) Bring in an experienced head to sort out the team David O'Leary lives in Harrogate get him in (He's no longer Al-Ahli manager) or George Graham just for a couple of days as a crash course.
3) Replace the defense Raul Bravo would be a good left back (at this level) bring back Matt Kilgallon pop in Kisnorbo and Lee Bromby at right back
4)Replace the owners! !
5) give the gaffa a verbal warning and tell him this is not sh*tty blackpool and that he can spend some money that us poor fans pump in

Really carnt believe fans think its going to be better next season, how many players do you think will stay after summer don't think Gradell, snodgrass or bechio will stay, would you while the owners are showing no ambition.More second rate loanees, mainly of the attacking midfield role and not an experianced centre half any were to be seen, most fans saw this end of the season happening weeks ago why not Grayson?
