Thought we played well overall, took an unlucky deflection to beat us.
Lots of positives for me. Still only FIVE games in and i’ve seen enough to believe we can hold our own in this league.
Whether that means we stay up on goal difference or make Europe only time will tell.
Villa next and their unbeaten will they do a Leicester or go down as they deserved last season, they’ve only played four games so it will be interesting to watch.
What we do know is all the time Bubs in charge he will never change his attacking philosophy.
The same philosophy that gave us wobbles previously and the championship by ten points last season.
Unfortunately now we have strikers like Salah and Jimenez who only need one half chance, but Bub won’t change, so there will be lots of ups and downs with lots of exciting Leeds football.
So i’m strapping in to enjoy the ride wherever it leads us!

: why in 3 seasons now has Bubs and Orta ( still ) not found / recruited that natural prolific . goalscorer who would make sure that Leeds won games like this Wolves match for example?

BV orta did in Nikita great natural goalscorer espically at that level but the gaffer didn't fancy him.
ask yourself this would belisa pick chapman, Clarke or linker in his team. not a chance.

Played well but no points # not scoring goals and conceding a very soft goal
Gutted we could not keep a clean sheet for a more than deserved point. # POINTS ACCUMULATION.
Next game against Villa game is big.
Must make ourselves harder to beat and picking up points.
If we can't win a game make sure you don't lose.

That, to me, was a 0-0 result a flukey goal that was well covered by Meslier until the deflection. Again it proves, if proof were needed that we deserve to be here.

Very much as predicted. Against a good solid team we couldn't really create much in front of goal. Unfortunate that Phillips stuck his head in where it wasn't wanted. Bamford quiet as he would be against a solid defence. Played some nice football but flattered to deceive. This the type of game I expect us to lose. We came out well against Sheffield but could have easily lost. This is how the season will go. Entertaining but forty points will be a relief. Harrison not as good as usual. Wolves could easily have had two or three. Learning curve I think.

A little disappointed today in Kalvin. Yes everything went to him in midfield but the invariably went sideways. He needs to control the midfield as he mostly did, but add more of a killer pass to his game.

I don't think Wolves deserved to win but the way the game panned out did not surprise at all.
Points accumulation is all that counts this season and we needed to ensure we got a point at least.
Enjoying this Bielsa era just wish we had clinical goalscorers because we would be awesome in EPL with them.

Wolves could easily had two or three? Do me a favour pal. Always going to be a hard game with the way they play but to say we could of lost 3-0 you are taking the piss.
Funny how some only post after a defeat.

ok lads tonight was a reality check
it was disappointing, bit frustrating and a bit leeds like in lots of possession not many great chances and caught in defence to concede.
however let's be real we just lost 1-0 to a very very good wolves side. the fact we are a bit glum shows how far we have come and how good we are now
I think let's not be too down things are a lot better than they were and looking up.

I predicted Leeds would finish between 12th and 15th and will be relieved and pleased with that.
Berm your top 4 prediction this morning is looking daft but if Leeds can somehow improve on creating and converting goals it may yet still be a surprisingly wonderful season.

Yeh I agree in away but they got a great goal as well with millimetres for offside we never really threatened can't help but think we've missed out not getting another quality midfielder in, Klich 30, Hernandez 35.

costa is class, stijk far better than Cooper (sad to say but glad coops is injury and has he played his last game for the club? )
great save from keeper as well. he will be quality once puberty hits.

I reckon this will be our hardest game to date. A no nonsense middle order premiership team will be hard to beat. They are a no frills, solid team with some good players. It will be very good if we get something from this one.

We have a very big squad now, if you take into account Bielsa having everyone play in two or three positions. Meslier Centre Half, Bamford Goalie, Ayling striker.
We are well stocked all over the pitch.

Tough game tonight, wolves got a decent record against us winning the last 3, I think. On the plus side Bamford has a good record for goals when playing against them. Can see a score draw to be honest.
