Lads not one for slaughtering players but Viera was shocking today. He should have come off after 30 mins, couldn't pass, tackle or hold the ball, so for me Mr Monk made a terrible error not swapping him for Phillips earlier.

well firstly, nice that this post come once in a blue moon rather than every week, but what happened today? we were poor all over. veira couldn't pass to save life and we had no clue.

Monk had no clue today taking off our pace and both winger when a goal down for a defensive mid. then giving roofe five minutes (hate that) even taylor had a bad day at the office and made a rare mistake.

Green and berardi only good players today maybe and bartley as well. worrying about pontus, think he is a bad egg but hopefully cooper gets a five game ban giving monk and pontus no choice but to play.

lovely to see monk and stamp both wearing the mr bright side badges in honour of my best mate Stephen Johns who sadly died of bowel cancer aged just 26. lovely lad taken far too soon.

final note, how dirty and time wasting are Reading! Let's do these rogues in the playoffs.

BW, According to Stam were the physical side, even though they have more yellow and red cards. as yuo say do them in the play off's. That's when it will count. MOT

If we continue to play like that and somehow make it to the playoffs we need to really up our game! we will get slaughtered in the playoffs if we aren't careful!

Correct. Did someone say we have no plan B C or D. I think they could be right. Too many players had a bad game, I'd have hooked sacko and viera at half time and kept pedraza on and brought roofe and douk on with douk up top with a 4-4-2. long balls from our first attack. Shocking. Need too up the stakes. hopefully just a blip and bad night. As with udders I hope our ⚽s aren't dropping and show a bit more ⚽s. 👍😆

Why is it every time we lose we're guaranteed to not win the playoffs or even make them? Last game we were guaranteed to win them because we beat Brighton. It's actually really annoying.

I don't agree that we've been riding our luck, but I said that Cooper was poor against Brighton and Murray missing chances and Green's saves won us the match and we wouldn't be able to get away with it again. Cooper presented them 3 good chances today and they took one. Too many bought into the clean sheet against Brighton as Cooper playing well. PJ must be back next game.

Agree he must, but if he is refusing to play we don't have an option, unless ayling goes cb, which I think is the better option an a push Beradi to rb.

Agree SG, green kept us in the Brighton game, and again last night performed well. Cooper for me doesn't do enough to et praised, but gets slaughtered more than he should too. He's sort of just there, filling in, he doesn't have the accolades of a top class player at this level whereas Jansson and Barts do.

Berardi class again last night, he's been a revelation under monk, nominee for player of the year if you ask me. Taylor a bit sloppy and could have done better but still good to see him whipping balls in to the box and searching for wood, need more of that.

On that note too I thought wood was poor, douks worked hard when he came on, and it's infuriating that Rolfe is getting no game time, give Hernandez a rest earlier on, for somebody who's meant to be a game changer the last 20 minutes is wasted on him unless we get a free kick 20 years out, but even then Taylor could have a crack. Overall 5/10, worked hard but no quality and end product, must d better for the play offs

Terrible, Taylor gifting Reading a goal ruined the game for us. Wouldn't have happened if Berardi had been on the left instead.

Think town are getting found out, every game they seem to accumulate ridiculous amounts of stoppage time (8 mins today) then hammer the other team in the last 15 mins or so. Bristol city now Burton

Obviously annoyed he's been dropped for Cooper. Don't blame him tbh Cooper just isn't good enough and constantly makes mistakes. Hopefully he gets a ban now.
