Draw a fair result, they were good first half and we better 2nd.
Thought cassila improved tonight and kept us in game, couple of fantastic saves.
For a team that can score lots, we kept them at bay.
Also liked seeing the half time changes and made a huge difference, like Douglas over alioski, more stable. Bamford was class and better team with him starting, pity about Eddie going back but we need to bring in a quality replacement.
Sorry but I don't rate Dallas in middle, good RB and squad player but need that midfield maestro to come in for Clarke vacancy.
Radz and co are hopefully working on this and needs to be early in window, not the final hour like James saga.
For me, loan Eze with buy clause, he looks a bit lazy but very skillful and would go for Ayew.

Agree they must NOT leave it to the last moment like the Daniel James fiasco .

they definitely need at least one striker and quick . having just one striker in Bamford is madness .

Melbourne What makes you think the Hoops would sanction such a deal? It's completely unrealistic and they have a decent shot at the playoffs. For a loan pick up in January, it'll either be Adams or Brewster, more likely the former. Eze and Bowen ought to be summer targets when we have proper money and PL football to offer.

I agree George, I don’t think will get Eze but that’s the skillful player we require. Not sure he is a bielsa type as looks lazy but buckets of skill. I would love him and can dream.
I don’t see Brewster as Alf said, clopp won’t sanction and also Adams unlikely as now starting for saints.
My bets are on either Vydra or Ayew, but guess non of us know, time will tell, but if 2 spots available (Clarke/ Eddie) and able to do in FFP rules , need 2 in minimum.

I’d still go after Bacuna from Hudds as the creative player. We have a better chance of getting him, than Eze.

Bielsa has yesterday stated that Roberts can play centre forward. yet the guy has scored only 6 goals in his career and is always injured.

Why doesn’t anybody discuss Forest as a challenger? 6 points behind us (if they win the game in hand) . To me they’re the biggest threat.

I think a draw was a fair result on reflection.
The officiating was quite poor though, think the ref felt he had to keep a tough stance on this game but some of the decisions were woeful.
Glimmers of some sheer brilliance by Costa, he and Harrison are starting to look a real threat going forward. No room for Nketiah, Bamford’s the man. Thought their goal was a bit of a freak, no real blame on Kiko, had a much improved game.
We battled well today, they were visibly tiring at the end, suppose diving can be exhausting, shame we didn’t nick it.

overall a fair result. Makes you wonder if Messlier is worth a start? Inspired substitution, Bamford gave us life and a threat: Douglas gave us solidity. He did not put a foot wrong and gave us quality on set plays. Personally, I would start Douglas next few games.

kiko been amazing, best keeper in the leage and saved us time and time again. messler is only worth a start if he can play cb and head a ball.

Kiko has also cost us time and time again.
Have to play Messlier against Arsenal as Kiko could still get a 6 game ban.

Kiko was finding his feet last season. Drafted in half way through a campaign isn't the easiest of starts. Immediately taking over from the regular keeper is a hell of a lot of pressure. So I believe it's understandable that his performances weren't to his best standards

This season, with a full pre-season under his belt and the confidence of his team mates, I believe that Kiko has produced some outstanding performances. I have no idea were Canada is getting his opinion from that Kiko is still the same liability. Obviously he only watches tv coverage with a pint in his hand and with a glass half empty mentality. Take the beer goggles off sometimes and watch how our defence use Casilla as an extra defender and a pass option when they are being closed down. Of all those defensive players on the pitch Casilla is by far the most comfortable with those passing triangles.

Canada, no problem with you having a different opinion, we are all Leeds, but if it's going to be negative be sure it won't be a unanimous opinion and someone out there will want a better reasoning behind it. If you check stats Casilla's complete pass ratio is good.

I’m with Bermo and Axe on this. Yes, he flaps the odd time, but his all round play is excellent, and he’s perfectly suited to Bielsaball.

If someone could stop his flapping. Teach him to catch over punch but most of all control his box. When to stay, when to go and if he goes, take out everything in his way. Then we would have a top goalie until then we have a decent shotstopper (with flaws) .

it's not flapping it is having to do too much work and coverage.

as a keeper you want to be responisble for 25% of the goal on crosses (which he is he caught a few yesterday) trouble is he knows our defence is useless so he has extra responsilibty which means he has to cover 60% of the goal and go for balls that he has no right in going for. there for he flaps. because they ain't his balls to win.

the goal yesterday. first cross wasnt Kiko's it was Phillips be he can't head a ball and ain't tall. so kiko went for it and got it but not a great connection. our defence then lost two headers and let the ball bounce in the five yard box before letting in a goal

if anyone thinks that is the keepers fault and not the defences. they are mad or don't understand football

yes football is about opinions but sometimes things are either wrong or right and the goal yesterday was down to a team that can't defend high balls. same story all season, it improved when bamford come in as he is our only player who can defend a cross sadly.

Harrison superb tonight! Getting better and better! Ok Kiko not great for the goal, but very good for the next 90 minutes! If the ball had been squared, Klich and Costa would have had tap-ins! Pretty happy with draw in the end! MOT.

Harrison was excellent I thought. Kiko becoming a liability once more. Ok he made some good saves but that’s his job. Keepers are judged on errors and unfortunately he’s making too many. Costa starting to look the biz as well.

Kiko earned the right to one mistake tonight with a number of saves other keepers wouldn't have made.
I'd still look to replace but tonight he performed well.

wish you would understand. the mistake wasnt kiko's he had two players on him but had to go for the ball as the defence can't defend. what is kiko to do? let phillips who was closest so his ball defend it with his head? plus look what happened after two headers lost and a ball allowed to bounce. guess that is kiko's fault as well? we have been useless with set plays and high balls all season. it is not down to the keeper.

Happy with the point there - we didn’t create anything really but against the best opposition team in the division I thought we did well enough. If we draw against our rivals and clean up against the poorer teams then we will be fine #LAGU.

how hard is it belisa to get a defender who is a beast who can defend and head a ball

kiko poor punch under pressure but then losing two headers and letting the ball bounce in the penalty area is sunday league stuff

we all saw this coming when we sold pontus. it has cost us all season and could cost us promotion

we are a great team. the best in the league but you can not have such a huge weakness and get away with it. it will cost promotion

get it sorted leeds because i'm sick of seeing the obvious cost us time and time and time again. its an easy fix if belisa can't see it. sack him. if he is too stubborn to change it. sack him. this can't cost us promotion

also same old but soon as we play a decent team phillips gets marked and taken out of the game. we need more in the middle of the park.

To be fair bermo Kiko made amends for his punch,3 great saves definitely earned us a share . Also good to see the substitutions early in game which gave the lads time to gel into the game. We were better settled with Bazza LB, paddy was a tougher nut than Eddie, happy with point .

OMG That's carp. For instance, Meslier knew what he was getting into. Certain players acquired know they start off as members of the squad. Brewster will likely join the Swans but even if he came here he'd get more minutes than if he remained with them world class Bin Dippers like.

I must admit to being very nervous about tonight 's game . Fearing the worst but very much hoping the boys can rediscover some calmness and control in their play and not lose their heads if we concede . I felt similar before we last played the Baggies so may be a good omen . Would like to see Tyler back in the starting eleven .
