start off by getting shut of Paddy Kenny he's a complete waste of space is truly overated and above all has a attitude problem. He gets beat far to often because of his height he often can not reach the shots. i'd have big Andy Lonergan back tomorow, the lad unfairly got stick from some fans. I personally thought he was a great keeper at this level and should never have been sold in the first place.

i think cairns should be kept around this season and given a cup run.
i think the keepers we have at the club are good enough and its the least important position to be changing.
at the moment striker with a bit of pace and maybe another with a bit more height and strength.
we also need 2 or 3 midfielders across the park with some creativity and flair but also important some pace.
i feel our defense isn't too far off maybe a mat upson type player in there would do for the defence just to make a bit more solid.
probably need 5 different players in the summer

kenny is poor yes I agree but lonergan was the worst gk we have ever had, he just stands there and watches as the ball goes past him, even at bolton he never plays as he's not championship level simple as that, kenny is but lower level championship like millwall or derby level not leeds

nothing wrong what so ever with lonners pal. think back to the amount of points he won us with his saves. became a crowd favourite infact when he first signed. best keeper we've had since prem days I don't care what anybody says. kennys far to overated. same goes for kasper. all kasper does is make bread and butter saves look better. ankergren was crap and don't start me on david lucas or rachubka. sulliven was average. Lonners defo number 1 for me. Very underated.

Lol lonnergan lost us so many points. think back 2 that 7-3 loss to forrest he was at fault for atleast 3 goals and i'm sorry but he's never been a fan favourite

I don't think we will make any significant amount in transfer fees just clear the dead wood and wages.

Not too sure about LeFondre. He can nick a goal but his overall play is fairly poor. Similar to Beckford although I would say Becks is more prolific. Got a feeling Morison going to do very well next season but we still need a new striker and of course some width in the team. Looking forward with some optimism if BMD gets the funds needed.4 million about right i'd say?

I think white might be of more use in an attacking role i. e. whet varney played a lot on the left side. Maybe not starting but could be useful on the bench as he can cover at full back if needed

White has pace and that's it.
he can't run with close control of the ball which he would need to be a good attacking player.
his crossing isn't good either so a pointless player to have in the squad if we can bag 1 million for him and we could bring in burke and someone else and probably still have some coin left over.

What message does selling decent players give, I agree we need sonebody like Butke but I think white on the bench might not be a bad option

Kisnorbo, Connelly, Bromby, Somma & Paynter all to be released after contracts end soon. The wages of these 5 can bring 2 or 3 quality players at least. Once the premiership teams name their 25 man squad we can get a few good loan players from the top teams. We need 2 quick wingers, a 20 a goal season forward and a creative midfielder.

Paynter? Am I missing something here?

Will be good to see Dulux back at ER next season. Felt for him whilst he was here, injured and then didn't really get a run in the 1st team

We don't to rely on loan players. Maybe 1 in the same way that west brom have used lukaku this year. Someone similar to Nick Powell at Manchester United would be useful

If standing comes back to ER I suppose it will be the kop how much do you think they will cut the prices and what would be the capacity. I remeber the old days when the kop was full used to stand on lhs just past barrier that seperated left from right "were the left side of elland road" they were the days.
