I read somewhere on here that season ticket renewals are looking pretty bleak, if that's true I think it gives more credibility to the Marco silva rumour, after all Radz is a business man and he'll want to make a move to boost them asap. That aligned with Silva is actually a proven and successful manager might just give Radz enough motivation

Wouldn't say no to Silva if it has to happen but a couple of marquee signings and a promise of game time for the young guns will also give the seadson ticket sales a boost.

We are not in a great place atm. Some are optimistic most aren't. So a few suggestions to radz. If you are going to sack heck's. Do it on Sunday eve. Get a new manager by June. Transfer list all the rubbish on Monday. Buy whatever players you are going to as quick as poss. Then you might get a few more than 5,000 season tickets sold. Sod about and it will cost you matey. Here's to the end of season. Can't wait.

Unfortunately it is not easy to sell the rubbish because they are rubbish and they are sat on 4 year contracts. Radz would struggle to give some of these players away and will not be motivated to as they represent assets on the P&L Accounts.

I just wanna see positive moves as soon as sunday is done. No holidays for them. Planning and doing everything they can to put together a team that at least bloody tries next year. I say this every year. Get all the ins and outs done as quick as poss. Any of the rubbish that we can’t sell either loan out or just drop. Don’t play them cause we can’t sell them. Let’s see your plan radz. Have guts and take a step towards some sort it positive future.

Aus. Agree with most of your posts. Buy why wait until Sunday evening? The match will be over at 2.30. I say start to clear out the dead wood by 4pm at the latest

Where did u here the sacking PH and going for Silva rumor brightwhite? I would love that to be true, as said many times before, think Silva be great. He would be able to attract the better type players and ? convince some not to flee the sinking ship (Pontus, saiz etc) . Sure he could make saiz the player we all saw in early season and buy an impossing CB to help PJ. I liked his style of play at Hull and at start of his watford stint.

Jeff ! Wonder where he is now? Probably on a dessert island somewhere sipping cocktails with Mick. Jeff who single handedly brought Massimo to save us, did he ever buy radio Leeds? Now Jeff would definitely know who our next Manager was going to be next year, and who can forget “our next Manager name begins with a D” and the rest as they say is history and the Hock legend was born. Come on Jeff just first initial or the surname 😃

What does everyone think about the football programmes debate? Would you care if they were no longer available? Personally, I've never been into them - they just end up taking up room in the house and i rarely revisit them. I don't normally buy one when I go to a match.

{Ed001's Note - I used to collect them so I would be gutted to see them go, even though my cousin now has the collection. SOme of them were passed down from the 50s that I had.}

A great hobby when I was a lad. I got all the 92 League Clubs plus many Cup Finals, Semi Finals and International ones. Then started on Scottish and Non League as well as Rugby League! Times are changing though and I believe a lot of Clubs lose money on producing them as the sales are not enough. I still always buy one as I enjoy the read, but I give them to a collector at work.

Surely the lineups could be printed on one side of an A4 with jokes page on the reverse with a horoscope for the women. I even have an old Gestetner in the garage.
