just a thaught..... given the recent comments made by simon grayson regarding AOB and the fact he will never (and if reasons are correct... refusing to play for leeds on saturday) wear the shirt of leeds united ever again, would it be fair to assume we will be looking to sign a centre back in the next week or so? with AOB finished, O'dea suspended for one game, and two defenders that havnt played much football in recent months im just thinking if we get a few injuries or suspensions we will be very thin at the back... any suggestions ? kilgallon?

and heskey is quality, his holding the ball up and being a target man is fantastic but we really need someone to put them in the back of the net and heskey isnt that kinda player but would be a great signing

Would prefer to see McPhail back than any of the other ex Leeds lot. He's proven at this level, commands midfield like Batty used to and has excellent distribution.

No sorry this is the only player sg will bid for noble swop for o'brien but we have to pay so money 3m to 5m

Leeds need to sign a replacement for Andy Obrien. Maybe get a youngster on loan from a premiership team with a bit of pace

Give Alex Bruce or Monty Gimpel a try with either Lees or Kisnorbo + we also have Bromby so theres way too many CB's that can be either used or sold before we can get new ones

I say kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Get rid AOB. Blood Gimpel and keep Arsene's bloodsucking at bay. MOT.

We need to secure Premiership status then go back to the Madesjki and get him back. He's got Premiership class. I think he enjoys playing for the mighty whites.

O'brien is dog poo anyway always has been look at how many points he has cost us alone I.e the game against Portsmouth last season. I say sell him and don't loan him out to the hammers which looks likely. Get a new CB in like kilgallon or give monty gimple a chance. Anything is better than that big nosed donkey.

Surely refusing to play makes him in breach off contract ,Therefor his contract should be ripped up .Tevez denied refusing to play as I read it big nose is not .get ready for him to slag Grayson the fans,If you read his interview in yep he has a sly dig at fans and Graysons handeling of rachubka .Footballers need to get real if I messed up at work I would be run over the coals .But cos a player gets booed or slaged they take there bat n ball home it's a disgrace .O Brian should take a long look in the mirror if his massive nose will allow him to ,

Just read apparently Grayson has said andy o'brien will NEVER play or Leeds again as long as Grayson is in charge. Apparently for doing a Tevez style rejecting to play against Burnley source- telegraph

This is true, have a look on sky sports football under Leeds. Apparantley he went in the office on friday and told SG that he dunt want to play again. Good Riddance to the pile of s**t! No one is bigger than the club. NR

The quote in the Sunday Telegraph from Simon reads: "Andy O'Brien came to me on Friday and said that he longer wanted to play for this football club. He won't play for us again as long as I am here. It came as a shock, especially as I have backed him publicly and privately over the last few weeks. As manager, I have the right in the early parts of the season to take players out of the team and bring others in. I have said that Andy had trained well and did enough to get back into the team against Leicester. He said he didn't want to play then but I said I needed him to and I thought he played well. I don't want to say too much about the circumstances just now but we will decide internally what happens now and make a statement next week".

O'Brien the little scumbag has deleted his twitter so we couldnt hammer him with abuse. The fact is hes s**te, and we gave him more than enough opportunities. let him rot in the under 18's reckon, the horrible little rat
