would anyone like to see a return of Dan Harding? out of favour at Southampton, good player, we need defenders.
Wouldn't mind him back. Also Frazer Richardson as well as can't imagine he'll get many games next year in prem with Southampton. There both Agile full backs that can cross a good ball on the overlap.

Green from derby refused to sign contract. On his way to Leeds?
Robbie Fowler is looking for a new team. 36 years old, wouldnt cost much, and his experience would be good to have around the squad. he would make a good substitute
I think he's a little bit past it.I'd rather have Kevin Phillips if were looking for just experience and subs. Maybe even Massimo Maccarone as he's not wanted by Sampdoria anymore and I don't think he'd be bad at this level
Fowler wasnt good enough at leeds when he was younger why would he be good enough now?

Whilst id like paddy kenny there really is no chance.lonegran would be fine with better defensive players in front of him.i watched kenny v spurs and he was superb but qpr will prob stay up and why would he want to quit a premier team prob paying better wages,this is a no go and money better spent on outfield players..shrew leeds

Aidy white offered 10,000 a week waste of money for us really as I don't think he is that good.
It depends on the duration of the contract
I think we will look back in a few years and regret it if we don't sign him now.. My opinion
He will be a better player with warnocks new signings beside him

White will mature into a quality player, he just needs another season of games. If he wasn't worth 10k why would Prem' teams be looking, they'll offer him more than that we need keep hold of the better players, if we do get back up we'll need them. We may spend 5 million this coming window, but if we get we'd need spend 10 times that if we lose our better players now.

Hes got pace which we need a bit more of really he can play both wings and at left back .with a little bit more practice with his shooting he could be a top player in a few seasons

Haha if this rumour was true we would be mid table prem never mind championship. Very good team, but at the same time very unrealistic
Good tricks, may just work, we play 15 players against everyone elses 11, After the usual sendings off, things may even up though. If N Warnock introduces a lose your weekly wage and match fee for indisciplne then the wages may just be affordable.

Can anyone tell me who were specifically looking at yesterday at the mk dons v Sheff UTD match because Mick jones was there, I'd understand if chef Evans was playing but he's going to prison so I don't really think there's any quality in the two sides...

Hey Derek I'm a Leeds fan living in Liverpool. I love the city and of course have a soft spot for Liverpool. Smith is indeed finished, however he's no judas, just got sold so that Leeds could survive.

Anyone else think we should cash in on clayton while we still can all he ever seems to do is chase shadows, give away far to many silly free kicks, and very rarely looks intrested in whats happening on the pitch, and another point i wanted to make was he never seems to look for the right pass at times and is to lightweight to play in a leeds midfield, there are better quality of midfielders out there available?

Have to agree with the original post. He is nothing like as good as his reputation with Leeds fans. Whether you like it or not, we need better than him in the starting line-up if we're going up next season. He should be on the bench at best.
If we bring in some quality players clayton will be 1 of the best cm in the league .just need a cdm player so clayton can be more creative
Clayton's very overrated. When was the last time he had a particularly good game - and I mean 90 minutes, not a good half or 20 minutes?

dear oh dear oh dear, Judas scores one goal in League 1 and people are saying hes coming back yet again, we dont need or want him back, hes past it, hes injury prone and would be useless in this division, i dont care about the circumstances in his move to scum, you dont go from 'ill never play for Manchester United' to 'im proud to have moved to this club' within a number of seasons, if he loved Leeds as much as he said he did, he wouldve held out for another move even if it didnt help us out with finances as we were knacked anyway, not jumped ship to the team we all hate, i dont want him back in a Leeds United shirt as he doesnt even deserve to be in one, hes gone people, we can sign younger and better quality players under Warnock, if were gonna sign players like smith we may aswell sign Seth Johnson, Jacob Burns and players like that because thats about as much use as he would be

Why won't some people give Smith a Chance?? He played well for Newcastle when they were in our position. He knows this club well and whilst he's getting on he would be a good personality to have round to bring on the youth players.
How can anyone put Smith and Seth in the same category, Smith was a quality player, you don't lose your ability overnight and I'm sure he'd get back to a level where he could make a difference, whereas Seth was always poor he just had a good season for Derby. Finally how can you tarnish Smith with 'Judas' when he left to help save the club - if you want to give someone stick go give it to Kewell, he's the REAL slum (or would you be glad to see him back instead?)
I would rather have Kewell than Smith he has more to offer. He will not be coming back from playing in Australia though. {Ed020's Note - can't say he'd be welcomed after playing in turkey with they who shall not be named}

Give me smith any day, playing for warnock and the club that's in his heart with a massive challenge to get us back to where we should rightfully be.....you don't lose skill and smarts over night, sometimes you just need the right circumstance and motivation

Anyone else think Sean Murray from Watford would be a good signing? Young winger, scores goals and takes a mean free kick. Watford arent exactly known for holding onto players as well...
