i just dont get some of us fans its very hard to please of you lot this is how it is from reference NW himself he said he was stuck in limbo in regards to players in which he has contacted top quality players to bring on loan but they wanted something more permanant something leeds couldnt offer at the time so we know neil has the pulling power MOST of us know he will do the job for us we now have new owners we now dont have a dictacter at the realms and above all of that we have the money to compete with anyone in the championship as well as over half the PL the only leeds dont have at the moment is US!
so pull together nothing wrong with them signings today over the moon!
by the way i think a fella said in an earlier post which i agree 100% what team we have now know damn well they have to pull up there socks or they are gonna be out the door themselves so they have to stand up and be counted and start playing for the shirt cos its worth alot more now than it was last week!!

Players we could afford and would probably come? and players who i feel would walk into the leeds team we have now.

Paul Robinson from Blackburn. (unfinished business, playing now at championship level, better keeper than Kenny all round)

Eric Lichaj from Aston Villa. (Played superb for Leeds on loan, looks like he will go on to be a very good player if he gets regular football)

Matt Kilgallon from Sunderland.(doesnt play as much as he needs to, but constantly proves how good a defender he is when he gets the chance of first team action at sunderland, Leeds through and through, would walk into Leeds team)

Jonathan Woodgate (currently at his hometown middlesborough, would be a very slim chance of him wanting to move to Leeds, injury prone defender who is consistently a top performer, would be a great addition to our defence though)

Ian Harte from Reading. ( i hear a few sighs and raised eyebrows, tell that to Reading fans who would admit he was a driving force behind their promotion to the premier league recently, compared to Drury, White and Pugh, this would be a bargain buy for Leeds)

Max Gradel from St Etienne.(We all know his capabilities, would he want to return to english football? According to his twitter feed then yes, knows the club well and would contribute immediately)

George Boyd from Peterborough. (good player, why no one hasnt snapped him up yet i do not know why)

Fabian Delph from Aston Villa.

Joey Barton from Qpr.(unwanted at QPR for his past temperament issues, playing out of this world at marseille, doubt he would want to play for Warnock tho?)

Matthew Etherington from Stoke (i rate this player so much i would pay whatever they wanted for him and i would pay him whatever he wanted, this guy is so under rated and i dont understand how he isnt an england regular, week in, week out hes a top performer, he has everything, hard tackling, superb passer, crosser, and leader on the pitch. Doubt very much he would leave Stoke for Leeds though, maybe next year though?)

Kenwyn Jones (a poor mans Adebayor would be a bit harsh, but hes got everything a defender hates, strength, pace, height, proven goalscorer, great target man, down the pecking order at Stoke, would walk into the leeds team)

Craig Makail Smith (Brighton would want a lot for him, but we all know about this guy, tortures our defence everytime he plays against us)

Jermaine Beckford from Leicester (Proven goalscorer at Elland road in League one, would certainly add pace to our attack, On loan would be better as i dont think hes good enough for Premier League)

Any other players you would like to see Filthy Rich Leeds go for?

Almost every single 1 of these players used to play for us. sounds a good team but most of them highly unlikley. woodgate all washed up he'll settle back at boro till he retires. beckford was good in L1 done nowt since he left leeds. barton too good for us but i'd love him in the team fans will worship him!

Chris whyte - shore up the defence would probably join us now

Roque junior - great player would improve our defence considerably

Armando sa - great player would be very cheap to sign

Eddie gray - always looking for a game and also very cheap

How about that fora few more signings living in the past , we need to move forward not back David hopkin anyone ?

Delph was with us last season and played a couple of games before getting injured again d'you really want that?

I think Jerome Thomas and Alan Tate are the signings that can really change the current team, and turn 18th position into 1st by Christmas. Well done neil Warnock. Even if we get are in bottom 3 by christmas, we believe in you! 18th position so far I gotta say you are excelling as Leeds boss and these two signings will really take us to the next level. Warnock- legend. Ken Bates - legend.

Jerome Thomas!! Has Warnock had a brain transplant he actually brought in someone who is creative and can attack.

Delighted with the signing and Tate not a bad addition either to be fair.

Next thing to happen Warnock will have us trying to play football on Saturday.

I love the attitude of people. Are you aware it's the emergency loan window? We can't buy players. We can only get players who are out of favour or lacking in match fitness and need a run. I think in that circumstance, we've done alright today with these two signings.

No, I've never once been Bates out fan.never chanted that ever. I don't pay attention to what goes on in the boardroom, I only look at performances , team tactics, and the manager. Under Grayson I was happy as Larry pardon the pun, good performances, good league standing, attacking philosophy, few wild results yes, but it was always a great day out watching good football. I've been to every game under warnocks reign, and I've started to lose my mind. The manager hasn't got a clue, the players are clueless, the performances are awful. Long balls, players out of position. Signings terrible, the signings of Tate n Thomas havnt inspired me one bit. The only thing I'm happy with is the takeover, and if Warnock loses next two games, that's 5 loses on trot, so he will be fired.

Who in there right mind would think Kaka or Milner would come to play for us in the championship? DELUDED

Kaka?!?! Are you serious? If he joined, then we've basically won the league. But you probably think the reason he didn't join is because No-one at the club speaks Portugese.

JEROME THOMAS: Not the striker but West Brom midfielder who can deliver on the wing. 5ft 10in. Seems ok for the 30 day fix but is not known for his goal scoring ability but potential delivery. So who did you think it was ? :)

Iv always said we dint really need a striker until mccormack got injured, no point getting a striker till he's fully fit then get benched, use the guys we have now n we'll do good MOT

The roma fans are the worst and nothing gets done about it if it was LEEDS we would be banned for 3 seasons so lets ban ROMA

They were Lazio fans mate, the Roma fans are normally decent but the Lazio fans are always terrible. And apparently they were "ultras" which if you watched the documentary on ssn before the Euros then you'd know that it doesn't matter who they support, they are bad news.

Think if I was a Leeds player I would be getting worried soon as if rumours are true 10-15 million to spend on players well think a fair few of our average players will be playing in reserves.

Packed elland road this weekend and for me the players will now be playing for there futures so I'd say a lot better performance this weekend.

By the sounds of it after to completion we will be buying elland road and Thorpe arch back first steps to us becoming the mighty Leeds again.

Only problem I see is if warnock leaving at the end if the year it's a lot of money to give to a manager for so few months left.

Warnock is best man for the job just hope he turns it around and stays a few years and builds a great team to pass onto a hungry manager.

Warnock will stay for another year if he's given the backing and still wants that last promotion!

If he doesnt then we are better off without him

Am i the only one who is not expecting any loan signings? Maybe it's because this takeover dragged on for so long that it's drained the optimism out of me.
Anyways work is slow today so i have a list of realistic players who could improve the team / squad.

If Beckford never wanted to leave then he wouldn't of kept handing in Transfer Requests and he would of signed a new contract. He's not good enough anyway, too ball greedy and always try's stupid things rather than doing the easy thing. Yeah he scores goals but I'd rather have someone who wears the shirt with pride rather than just here because it pays his wages.

He wanted to play in the prem and any footballer with any ambition should,from div 1 to the prem on prem wages it is a no brainer, are you telling me that you would not have done the same (he still loves our club and i would gladly welcome him back so we can have a PROVEN GOAL SCORER even at Everton he was joint top scorer and he was sub most games.
