Away from home I would play 4 at the back Philips and Foreshaw as 2 Def Mid, then Klich in the 10 role. Saiz if in form on the wing Hernandez on the other and Roofe or Roberts up top. We will have Bamford and Brown fit in December/ January. We need someone better than Coops at the back and a pacy winger or two.

Ipswich are a funny side very shaky in defence but do have the ability to hit on the break .
Think if we have Philips as def/ mid the we should go with MK with Pabs Roofe Ali Saiz Then have a switch if we are on top and in control .

alf MB never changes his tactics. he might go wing backs once in a blue moon but might as well call for KP to be dropped (oh yes I am busy. swamped in fact but still got time for a KP dig, even got some Kp digs in a few interviews I have had recently! )

He was one of our better players at Blackburn, saiz and Alioski need dropping before him, saiz won’t play the easy ball and tries worldy balls he’s not capable of, seems to have lost a yard of pace to me, Alioski? . don’t get me started on him, he’s a liability. think your a bit short sighted with Kp all the time.

Alioski is a much better wing back/ full back than a winger. Certainly better than Dallas and probably better than Pearce.

Not sure he is. Last season i always said we should be playing him on the left side of midfield but he is no better on the left, still no end product. Watched him on international duty and he gets caught out quite a bit as a wing back but it does allow him to get into the box more. He is talented and could be a lot better than he is at the moment. Enigma really some games he looks unplayable and others he may as well sit down.

Could be right Hess, definately better than Dallas and more physical than Pearce. Alioski has had a go, worth trying Pearce whilst the opportunity and need is there with Douglas out.

So come on gents. what's your line up with available players only for the Ipswich game? Do you keep it similar or make quite a few changes with the players that have waiting patiently?
Mine would be -
BPF
Ayling. Coops. Pontus. Alioski.
Phillips.
Hernandez. Saiz. Klich. Clarke.
Roofe.
Bench - Pearce. Edmonson. Baker. Forshaw. Beradi. Roberts. Jamal.
And we also have in the squad -Shackleton. Douglas, Bamford, Dallas, Oshaughnesey, Harrison, Brown.
When you look at the above we do have a very strong squad. With just a couple of real quality signings we could definitely win this league.

Pearce instead of Alioski. Alioski shares a shift with Jack Clarke, Clarke takes Pearce’s place on your bench.
Beradi May come in for Pontus because his wife has to give birth soon!

yes alf yes. I knew we were mates for a reason, you know what I would also play baker and maybe even baradi ahead of phillips. beradi can play decent at CB but is too short. is defensive mid his position? yes beradi can't pass like KP but he would break up play and move far better, most of KP passes are simple sideways five yarders and beradi could do this so all we would lose is the odd wonderball but be gaining so much more. just for one second imagine a defensive mid who could tackle and run. just imagine.

We all like a moan Batty but we all support Leeds. We will only get better at playing the Bielsaball but for me some are struggling with it at the minute. Do not even think Bubs knows his best team yet but he will.
