Is it just me or are we once again getting linked to a lot of players who haven't done anything and are really no more proven than what we have got. Seems to be free transfers and players either a league below us or have played for a team that's been relegated

Its hardly like we have done anything notable to actually attract and players who have "done something". The only thing we have is our rep and history and that will only attract a few players as MC isn't going to pay the wages to attract any better standard.
And with respect to the free agents out there, I would take Paul Robinson, Matt Mills, James McLean (I think he is a free agent) and Chris Eagles to bolster the squad and possibly Beckford (for old time sake).
We have a good foundation of youth and if Bamba signs and another decent midfielder all we need is Rosler to galvanise the side and MC to keep out of match affairs.

Your right Bermondsey they have to fill their web pages with something, like rumours about red bull again and a certain group of fans asking Crowe if he will help if Cellino sells. Nonsense. Why don't they concentrate on getting GFH out, buy their shares, chant their name at matches. They have a guy in jail for nothing, that's proven yet. They put is in so much debt we would have been in admin if Cellino had not bought us. Yet they are left alone and all the pressure is put on the only guy who is helping us. Why is the media and everyone else so reluctant to say the truth about this group.

such a good post beige, I will be honest I don't mind MC, I think he is honest (in that he speaks his heart to media be that good or bad), I thinink he loves football, I thinkhe has put hand in pocket and he is loyal and does well for clubs (based on his time at calgri)however I can see why people don't like MC. however MC is far better than risdale, Bate and GFH yet it seems some fans forget this. Leeds with MC but without GFH would be far better off, we some seem to target MC when he has heklped the club when others have hindered

Great post bige. Said as soon as they arrived GFH are horrible. There is an argument to say Bates worse as he sold to them and promised new owners have best interests of club at heart. Couldn't have been more opposite.

If (and I really hope not) Preston win their play off against and then next season they play Leeds at Elland Road, do you think Ridsdale will show his face? will MC welcome him? I would like them to be promoted because of Grayson but he works for Parasite Peter so don't want them anywhere near us.
