I've always been a fan of Dutch football and would deliberately look up drills from Ajax etc when coaching.
Today I really don't like Dutch football. This had best not become the precident.
If it does we at the least need to push hard for next season to start with the current point totals otherwise we are being discriminated against.

I've got a feeling this season will not be finished. I think we can only hope the points per game system is used, as it would be the only fair way to sort it. Having said that, I wouldn't be saying the same thing if we were fourth rather than top. I really do fear the worst TBH! 😱.

Totally disagree with the way the Dutch have done this, and agree, that it surely can’t be the precedent. Seems like a lazy solution to turmoil?!

See the Dutch Top league has voted to null and void the season with no champions and no relegation and promotion!

why not ppg or call it as positions stand.
. yet the Dutch clubs / league still want the teams from 1st to 5th position in a null and void league to enter the European club competitions Champions League etc!
WTF. if they have totally null and voided the season how can any league positions have any validity and their clubs should NOT be allowed by UEFA to enter the Money bags European competitions next season
. the whole thing reeks of hypocrisy and a forking closed shop of a Dutch Top League

Alf . for those leagues that have integrity in either
1) completing the season with marches played behind closed doors in June, July, August
2) complete the season ppg or
3 ) complete the season with champions, relegation as things stand
Then yes those leagues would rightfully and naturally enter the European competitions.
But the total null and void closed shop Dutch league with no Champions, no relegation and promotion stinks to high heaven . and therefore there simply should as a matter of pmist integrity for UEFA and football in general be no award of European places for a Dutch league season and ' league placings' that in essence from their sham decision never existed # closed shop # zero integrity.

Great move by the club to rename the south stand. Norman never stopped contributing to the club, and this is fitting recognition of that.

Agreed Brighty. Norman definitely deserves this very well deserve,
fitting recognition.
I also think ALL the Revie team needs to be fully recognised in a fitting tribute in some way or another . statues, murals .
