Is it just me or does anyonee else question why grimes gets the nod over didgeridoo. Dave gets up and down the pitch well, can defend and can score. He reads the game pretty well and knows when to get forward. Personally would prefer dave coming on for last 20 mins than grimes. Not saying grimes is bad, he puts effort in just that dave would be a better option.

Agree. Haven't seen lot of grimes but what I did see. Was average at best. Dave lot better option.

We can only assume we haven't seen the best of Grimes yet, monk must've seen enough in him whilst he was at Swansea to think he can do a job for us, Bartley looked shaky the first few games but now he's settled and has had a good run of games he looks like a different player altogether.
