A Kweznuz riddle for you all to solve as Corky downs the Babychams and Brighty goes hard at the sherry. Prize for lucky winner first to solve shall be evening out with Emma whilst observing social distancing. Worst answer attracts a booby prize of a night out with Martyn on the lash. Come to think of it the first prize could actually be torture. George digresses. Here's the quiz.

Which striker, thought to be the only player in the English league to have achieved such feat, whilst on loan from his parent club scored for his temporary employers against a club whom later in the same season he would join on loan and score for them against the first club who had him on loan? Complicated stuff but hope you get gist.

Name the player and the parent club. Good luck.

Message to Ed 666 don’t spoil all the fun mate, don’t just give me a one word opinion of my opinion, at least explain why you think I am delusional?

25 Dec 2020 16:32:10
Im not offended 😉 delusional might be a bit harsh but I do understand Ed’s and Baz points of view. If Leeds were to loose both games against Burnley and WBA our position wouldn’t be good and confidence could be a problem.
I still think even if we were to loose both these games (which I don’t think we will) I still won’t be too concerned as we still create a shed load of goal scoring chances. If we can still score goals then we still have a chance of survival. The defense situation can’t get any worse than it already is and will without doubt improve with the injured CB’s coming back.

Merry Christmas chaps again.
10pm here and dripping in sweat Even with air con.
Read all fascinating posts below.

Questions:

Will we stay up?
I actually think we will. And we might concede the most goals ever in staying up. But I think we are fit enough and attacking enough to stay up. We are wasteful but every now and then bang them in. It's the way we play. We can't change that or more like biesla won't.

Think sheff and other defensive minded teams. How they dig themselves out a hole when they just want to defend?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

25 Dec 2020 15:12:01
Honestly I think we should stay up and be top half however I think we will struggle the defence, one plan, refusal to budge, learn and adapt is a lot to over come

Still was wrong about promotion so could be wrong about relegation.

First I would like to wish everyone and Ed’s a Happy Christmas or at least as much as you can.

I’d like to kick off the Banter today if anyone’s bothered on Christmas Day, with, when does a game and especially a Leeds game, become ”Huge”?! and what do you actually mean by huge? Is a massive game more important than a huge game?, Is it a season defining game or is it a mildly important game that might affect our season or what?
It really grinds my gears when people repetitively go on like a broken record about how our next game or games are so called ”Huge”. Someone without mentioning names said it in October!
For me those type of games if you want to call them Huge, only become very important if we staring directly into relegation towards to end of the season.
If certain folks think I’m am deluded in that opinion then please explain why?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

25 Dec 2020 10:56:34
OP. You're right. We'll only know if they're huge games when we can't do anything about it. After all we have 72 points to play for. Get 72 points we'll probably win the title, get 0 points we'll definitely get relegated. I've got a sneaking feeling we'll be somewhere in between! 😉🍻🎅.

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Dec 2020 12:18:21
It’s huge and big when it’s season defining like win stay up lose go down.
However.
There are many games that we should win that contribute to big and huge and many vice the versa.
So they all count. Not season deciding but all points make a diff.
Let’s hope it dosent come down to goals conceded.

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Dec 2020 12:48:30
Huge is often in hindsight we lost the fa cup under monk which wasn’t a huge game but it affect moral so become huge as we went on bad run

That’s my opinion according to the wife anything over three and a half inches is huge.

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Dec 2020 12:55:24
OP all games are very important of course BUT these '6 pointer' games even more so

These next 2 games are against teams Leeds are competing with to avoid being/ remaining in bottom 3

Given also that Leeds have conceded 6 goals in their previous match, and conceded the most in the EPL ( teams that concede the most goals invariably go down) , it's vital/ HUGE that
Leeds regain some immediate confidence restoring results, against bottom 6 teams, and preferably clean sheets, to pick up ( min 4 to ) 6 points.

So yes OP these next 2 matches are HUGE.

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Dec 2020 13:58:20
I do understand your point Baz on these 6 pointer games but there is still a heck of a lot of football to play still.

Berm, glad to hear your missus is so generous and considerate in what is considered huge. 🤣.

Don't know about you lot but here everybody is getting annoyingly jolly. I feel very alone as all my friends are dissappearing under ever growing piles of wrapping paper. Somethings going on I just know it is. Even the telly is in festive mood showing repeats of repeats. Good, because I keep forgetting how all the films end. Usually, actually, I am asleep before the end anyway. Well I say asleep but I am really just resting my eyes?
Leave it to me, I will find out and me and Matron will soon put a stop to it all.

Evening, just wanted to take a minute to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy year, most of all good health!
These days people don't spend much time or thought on some personal words to their friends and family, they just copy and paste some random rubbish and send it on.
So, after all we've been though together this year I want to thank you for your friendship and wish you a happy 2018!
You are the best gymnastics group anyone could ask for.
Best wishes, Helen.
