Only adverse result was Florists, but we still need to bag a win tomorrow.

It depends Danum if you think Preston are good enough to get into a top 2 spot . I personally don't think they are good enough so not a danger

. I much prefer West. Brom not to race away and there still be 2 automatic promotion spots up for grabs . so a draw between Brom and Preston would have been ideal or even a Preston win.

Really felt Baadiff might do us a favour tonight against the Florists. However, having failed to do so, Harris has said they'll be doubly determined to get a result against Brentford on Saturday, following the defeat tonight. Hopefully they can manage to keep the Bee's BMW misfiring.

Let's hope George's prediction that the tricky trees would be too inconsistent to pose a promotion threat will be the one to come true.

If all my predos are wrong (must admit the majority are wrong although oddly I somehow fair reasonably in the Correct Score Competition) then my next predo is hopefully inversely wrong too. Baz, I've got a feeling that the Brummies are going to run away with it now as their squad is so strong. Also look how the teams that finished first and second last season are doing in the Prem.
It would be great to go up as champions but we need to keep our eyes on the real prize.

Reckon 85 points will get promotion. Agree Danum Baggies will do that comfortably. Up to us to follow suit. We are closer that figure than others.

Danum - most Baggies fans would not thank you for calling them Brummies, being good old. Black Country boys and girls. One of my mates at Keele Uni was a Baggies fan, and he decked someone for calling him a Brummie, having had a fair few pints mind, usually wouldn't say boo to a goose.

forest are on fire, best team in the league since xmas and really turned it around. hopefully they will slump as if they don't we need to be almost perfect not to fall into 3rd place again. My head says we will finished 3rd again and no doubt get beat by whoeever we play in playoffs. god i wish i could be glass half fulll. in fact i'd take even quater full!

If, as Woodgate has said, Ayala is still out, that may help us. Hopefully their next game (home v Florists) being not 'til Monday, will give him time to be back by then, to maybe help put a brake on the trees' renewed momentum.

How pathetic is Wilder's ring-walk costume excuse. - just over 18kg. An actual suit of armour typically weighs 20 -25 kg. And being so tall, he's be expected to be wearing something at the top end of that or higher. For a more up to date comparison, consider that unmounted ground combat troops would typically carry at least say twice (and up to four times) the weight he carried for a walk of a few yards. And if he truly was concerned about the weight, having tried it on the previous evening, surely his camp could easily have modified it to remove a few pounds.
