Not at all surprised by today's news, yet another player rushing to the 'promised land'. I can almost hear his agent .... 'you are in the shop window now son, play you heart out next season and when Norwich go down I'll get you a move to Villa or Everton..promise!'

Worry not, bigger and better players will emerge! I can feel it in my water!

It's called giving people a chance to make an impression!

Ambition?
I would love to know Mr. Snodgrass' definition of that word.

Jason Pearce:
Wins 9 awards at the back end of last season with Pompey. A player that won the 'player of the year' acolade at both Portsmouth AND Bournemouth, as well as captaining them both at the young age he is. A player who's previous manager said he would have wanted at least triple what we paid (£500,000) if they were not in the financial situation they are. So Robert, that's a 1.5+ million pound player.

Paddy Kenny:
Won promotion to the premier league with QPR under NW, and helped them survive in the hardest league in the world. Would also have cost us a lot more, if not for Robert Green's move from West Ham.

Paul Green:
Derby tried to sign him up, yet he rejected the contract (so obviously a player teams want) and now plays for the mighty whites

Rodolph Austin:
A player worth £2 million just 2 seasons ago, only reason that figure does not stand to this day is due to his contract length. (ending at christmas)

Adam Drury:
Experienced LB, probably one of the best in league atm. A great player to have around the younger lads, and a presence in the dressing room.

Luke Varney/Andy Gray:
Squad players who will fill in when 1st team are injured. Simple as.

... Linked with
Peltier: 600K worth RB, quite young, fast, would have supplimented for Robert's lack of speed very well.
Maynard: Fast, Quality in this league, wants to prove himself after only gaining 9 starts in 2012 for West Ham.
Templeton: Young, (fast again), a real prospect for the future. worth around £1mil.

These are just a few of what will be part of our opening day squad, NW has said he wants more quality, and with a takeover looming, possible funding, this is looking like a hell of an 'ambitious' club.

Norwich:
Build 'success' by gathering the cream of the lower leagues, and sticking them together in the top flight. Manager left for a better club (in Aston Villa?), and your owner is a stuck up woman cook. Snodgrass 'WHEREE ARE YOUUU?'. (Quote of the day; Delia Smith)

It's a shame you sold us out for the money lad, because if you really wanted premier league football, you went to undoubtably the worst premier league team to secure that. :) all the best however, you served us well

Agree0 Disagree4

Excellent post Ryan. I am very happy with the signings this summer up to now, and with the best yet to come I am confident we are in with a great shout this season. I can't believe all the Leeds fans who are moaning.

We've now got a much stronger defence (with at least one more centre-half to come as I don't think Lees will be a starter), and for the first time in a decade we will have some presence in midfield. Adam Clayton? Don't make me laugh! All we lack at the moment is one or two quick attacking players.

Warnock will have had a Plan B for Snodgrass deciding to leave. He's too long in the tooth not to have. As for Snodgrass himself - goodbye and good luck. But I don't think we'll miss him once the season comes around.

Yeah agreed, surely NW has thought about if Snoddy was going to leave, and has to have thought about possible replacements. I really think this Templeton might be the one he looks at closely

Everyone giving out about Snodgrass leaving and Warnock is the best thing since sliced bread. You all seem to have very short term memories.

Snodgrass is leaving after to be fair being pretty loyal knowing that even last year he could have left to a couple of other clubs offering more money allegedly but stayed and is now leaving for Norwich who I must say are showing great ambition with the squad they're assembling.

Back to what I was saying he's now being slated left right and centre and Warnock is being praised for "getting rid of players who don't want to play for the club".

Just exactly what would we be saying about Warnock had he have left during the summer when he said he was very close to walking? That to me doesn't show very much loyalty.

Even if his hands were being tied in relation to transfer targets someone who claims to love the club and the great supporters wouldn't walk out of the job after only a few months would they?

My point being that I find it very hypocritical of Warnock to say he's disappointed in Snodgrass's departure.

Believable3 Unbelievable5

Warnock is all mouth and visa. He lays the ground bait of failure so it wont be his fault when it happens. we missed out when we didnt get mcarthy

I would like to give my thoughts again. This time in regards to 'Snodgrassgate!' (Yes that's a trademark - don't use it again :P)

If Snodgrass WANTS to leave then so be it. I would rather have two 'mediocre players' available for his position, rather than someone who doesn't want to be here - the performances would end up evening out. That being said, if the money is 3 million, and 1 million back from the court case with West Yorkshire Police, then splash it! It's a fair bit of profit on him anyway, and with the draw of playing for someone like Leeds, we must be able to get someone very similar, although hopefully a bit more pacy ;)

Finally, I attach no blame to Warnock. I truly believe he has done his best to keep him. It's more than likely that he is being naive / wanting to re-unite with his mates at Norwich. I can't 'like' him for it, but unfortunately, I can 'understand' it :(

Im Looking at our squad and it really isn't that bad at all. We defo need to tie up Peltier and Cranie and our back 5 is very solid.
I would 100% keep McCormack, everyone can say what they want but is difficult to find a 19/20 goal a season striker and I think NW knows that.
Austin and Green, White, Rodgers and Varney in midfield and Becchio, Mccormack and Somma up front.

By my reckoning we need 2 midfielder's one quality creative playmaker/passer, and an out an out winger to replace Snodgrass.
We also need a quality striker to fill in initially for Somma whilst he regains his fitness and but pressure on Becchio and McCormack. A tall pacey, target man with a good strike rate would be ideal.

Have said this in the past and got roundly abused for my opinion, Snodgrass is distinctly average and is only a Scottish international due to a severe lack of quality Scottish players and he made his thoughts very clear by his attitude at the end of season bash, as i posted then. As for making it in the Prem not a chance in Ell, and we've banked 2.5 million for him personally i would have taken less so good business by NW lets see how he can spend the money...if he is allowed to.

We should now make a move for Jordan Rhodes as I think he would score at least 20-25 goals for us this season.i know he's not a proven goal scorer at championchip level but I think he's what the squad is missing and he'd be the one to build the squad around and fire us back to the premier league. I'd give mcmormack + 750k witch I think is a good deal.

Believable2 Unbelievable3

He's slow, yes he knows were the goal is but we need more pace. Poleon would be a much better option, pace and a natural finisher. I expect big things from the young man.

Why are people assuming that we have any money to spend on any players. If the club is still KB's then assume any sales funds are for an extension to his boat. I don't understand the stick Snoddy is getting for leaving. He wants to play Premership football and who can blame him, he doesn't really owe Leeds anything. He stayed for a lot longer than he needed to, he could've easily gone when we were still in League One and at at the end of last season. He gave his all on the pitch and I personally think he will be missed. Atleast this money should go to other transfers this time, unlike Howson's transfer money! Thanks Snoddy and good luck mate!

Amazing the turn around on this site, a few months ago everybody was singing Snodgrass's praises saying how he is one of the better players in recent history to wear the Leeds shirt and now just because he has decided to move on to another club, he has apparently overnight become a slow, unfit player who never gets involved in games (just a few of the things said about him in the last 12hrs).

Similar thing happened with Beckford, Gradel and other players who have left for other clubs and now people want them back. Can I put a bet on now that in a couple of years time Snodgrass will be a player people will want back.

There is no garentee that with the takeover money Leeds will be promoted next year (look at leicester as an example), it's going to be a tough season with a lot of good teams in the mix for promotion, so he is taking his chance to play in the highest league in England while he can.

Believable4 Unbelievable6

Snodgrass.... Slow, unfit, never gets involved in games.

What do you want?..... When you get dumped what do you expect? They were gorgeous?
No.... They were a mad bitch who s getting a bit fat...
There s plenty more fish in the sea.... That's the mentality.
(actually I think Snoddy is getting a bit fat, and if he s joined Norwich he s also home a bit mad).

Agree3 Disagree2

To original poster, I think you'll find those of us with level enough heads could always see Snodgrass was slow and had fitness issues. Of course he had his good games but he had his share of disappointing ones too.

I bear the guy no malice, but there are better players out there than Snodgrass - and I fully expect Warnock to fill his shoes with such a signing before the season starts.

If I were a Norwich fan this deal would not impress me at all!

Agree4 Disagree0

25 Jul 2012 17:05:14
to be fair i thought snodgrass was quite poor last season, as was howson, it used to wind me up him looking down at his feet constantly and not looking up to check who to pass to and his fitness has been pretty ropey, tends to run out of puff towards the end of the season. the rubbish team around him made him look better than he was. he told the club to show him some ambition and now hes proving hes got none himself. still the cash will go towards some real quality

Believable6 Unbelievable1

I totally agree with you howson was useless for us and he did nothing for Norrwich last season snodgrass was allright the best out of the three gone to norwich was Johnson he was a solid midfielder.

Thanks for the quick reply Ed Looks like there are rumours starting that george Boyd might just be the man to replace Snodgrass seams reasonable to me he is in the last year of his contract but apparently Peterborough have a policy of not reducing the value of the players, seams they would rather they go for nothing when the contract is up than sell them on cheap, could be a sticking point for any deal.

Its been obvious for a while snodgrass didn't want to see out his final year and wasn't going to sign. Who in his position wouldn't want to prove themselves in the prem? IMHO £2.5 /£3.0 m is a very good deal for someone in their final year of contract, I say take the money and invest it wisely. Not one player is bigger than the club,so let him go. Players come, players go our club and fans will be here long after players leave and hopefully were back in the promise land sooner rather than later. In NW we trust

snoddy is a good player and will probably make it in prem league.
can't blame snoddy for wanting to play at the highest level in English football when the rest of his midfield team mates are already in that league..

t won't bother any of the outcast that have gone to Norwich if they are relegated they will have parachute money and if they stay there will still get the same wages affordable to them under there contract, the only thing that might slip them up is if the F.A have made a salary cap for championship teams I believe it is in the region of £20.000 p.w. does that apply to relegated sides as well as team already in the championship?. Do you know ed can you through some light on that for me?. {Ed013's Note - They have a relegation clause in their contracts where they will have a decrease in wages if relegated}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I'm not totally certain but i think the salary cap is 60% of turnover i.e income from all sources (gate, shop, programmes, food, sponsorship, etc) plus £6m in the 1st year from rich owners which reduces to £3m next year and then £1m thereafter. Think I'm about right ED. JD

Look, NW would have prepared for this. He will have a couple of players targeted who will easily replace Snoddy and give us more pace and commitment (too the club and in games).

I for one am actually quite pleased he is going, it gives us the chance to move forward. lets face it although Snoddy was good, he was no world beater. We just built him up as this God like figure becauce of the low standard of the rest of Grayson era team.

NW is a realist and pragmatic, I grow more impressed with him every day.

Who would you rather have, Snoddy or NW? ....... No contest really.

Losing Snodgrass on a player level isnt a huge drama, any player can be replaced and Colin always has tricks up his sleeve.

However, due to his status currently at the club it will be a bit of a blow, losing a natural born leader and captain of the club is the major concern with the proposed transfer.

Would like to see Rossco stay though, needs a decent partner and not always prolific, but he is a grafter.

Leeds found Snodgrass from nowhere and decided to give him the chance, we nurtured and supported him. We made him good enough to play for Scotland, and he has shown some loyalty. But all we ask for is ONE MORE YEAR as club captain to make his Mark on history because it looked as if things were happening at the club. But no he wants to toddle off to Norwich and sit beneath Delia while she starts planning when to sign Rodolph Austin. If that's what you want Snoddy then you can p*ss off. We made you. And now you throw it back in our face. Show some commitment and stay for this season. Things are happening at this club and you can lead it.

Why all the negativity and vitriol over snodgrass? Anyone would think we've sold a brilliant player. NW has tried his damndest to keep him at Elland Road but he doesn't want to know. See OS if you don't believe me.

I guess hes in touch with Howson and Johnson who have told him how much money their on and how the grass is greener over there. IF HE WANTS TO GO LET HIM GO.

This has nothing to do with the takeover, Snoddy wants Prem football now and he's not prepared to stay. He will soon find out hes not quick enough for the Prem.

With the money from his sale I would love to see Bothroyd, Peltier, McGugan and a CB.Anyway, no good crying over spilt milk, LEEDS will march on without Snodgrass. Snodgrass definitely leaving for a premier club probably Norwich confirmed by Warnock on the os that he has left the training camp and been given permission to talk to another club. Well I hope he finds his true calling when he shacks up with Howson and Johnson if he does not want to play for Leeds then let him go he was not that consistent anyway, use the money to strengthen the squad even more we can do it without snodgrass let him go where the grass seams greener, we will wave as we pass them on there way down.

very sad day as looks like snodgrass is on his way to the prem. if he only knew about the white army's juggernaught heading that way in the next few months. my main concern though is this. last week it was reported norwich made two bids of 1.75m and 2.00m. now a few is agreed and the sale will probably go through, the fee will be undisclosed fee. do we ever know what we sell our players for. papa smurf never reveals this, and with him still on the scene , again i have no doubt our star player will be sold at well under his true value and the fee will be kept quiet. after all the difficulties with ownership and papa smurfs financial comings and going you would think he should be forced to be more transparent and let fans see how much snods was sold for. best guess not even half as much as we should be getting. just hope colin gets the right men in and some quality signings at that. If Snodgrass wants to go- so be it- he can see what Warnock is trying to do, but is not prepared to hang around to be a Leeds legend- once Leeds hit the premiership, we have the capabilities to be atop six side, whereas Norwich will always fight a relegation battle, so Snods, Howson, Johnson- for your sake, I hope we dont miss each other next season as we go up..... Have every faith in Warnock to get the right players in- with more funds now- maybe another five signings?? MOT

Believable4 Unbelievable2

How exactly do we have the capabilities to be a top six prem side? Name one player we have who is of that standard? If we get promoted this year, which is in my opinion looking increasingly unlikely by the day, we will be left with a squad of old mid table championship players, no manager and another pre season of scrambling around for players to start the season with, thats if we get a new manager in in time to even start looking for them! If there is a takeover, i very much doubt they are uber rich due to the dross currently coming through the door, and our ridiculous selling a good player to buy two awful ones policy. Why are we acting like reaching the premiership this year is the be all and end all? Why have we got a 2-3 year plan for sustainable promotion? Would anybody here actually prefer getting promotion this year and then coming staright back down or building for this season and possibly next then going up with a realistic chance of staying up and looking beyond just reaching the top division? We're all to ready to slag teams of, saying we're a big club and blah blah blah and here we are acting like the premier league is the destination rather than part of the journey. Lets all get a bit real.

Snodgrass in talks with Norwich. Offer accepted by Leeds between 2-3 Mill. Let him go, if his head is turned by an outfit like Norwich then it's only a matter of time before a better club got interested and he'd head off anyway. Let him have his season in the top flight. SSN say that the snodgrass deal is almost done. Hope this isn't true. Although he probably not the best player in the championship he is our best player. Norwich would have stolen three excellent players off us in just over a year. If the investment/new owners happens we need some serious funds. We need LB, winger, winger/striker and a really good striker that will graft and be getting 20 goals+. This is my opinion. What yours?

Apparently Snodgrass off to Norwich for talks. He always knew he was going to leave, all this "if Leeds show ambition I'll stay" was bo?ocks in my opinion.

There will no doubt be the usual wailing and crying about this, but it's important to remember a few things before doom and gloom takes hold.

1. If he wants to go there's no point keeping him for a moment longer.

2. He lacks the pace to be a Premiership footballer - and I've always said this, before people say it's just because he's leaving.

3. Warnock is building an excellent squad. With these final "crucial" signings he's spoke of I believe we're going to be in with an excellent shout of going up this season.

4. The money from selling Snodgrass will be a big help in financing Neil's "crucial" signings.

5. Norwich are going to have a major problem staying up this season. A year from now we may well be in a higher division than Johnson, Howson and Snodgrass. Before questioning our own ambition, I would question his.

MOT!!

Believable8 Unbelievable0

Well said, it is a big loss, but it depends who shrewd warnock brings in!! o.w

Very, very well said. People need to remember that this is the players decision.

It doesn't really matter whether he has 1 or 10 years left on his contract, if he WANTS to go, then say bye bye, just like we did with Howson, Johnson & Gradel.

Warnock will spend the money wisely, and despite the massive disappointment (from my perspective) in losing a player like Snodgrass, we will move onwards and upwards.

Macca72

Agree4 Disagree0

He is one of the best players in the championship and we have showed no ambition even when he asked us to. No point slagging him off, we should be ashamed of ourselves as a club.

Looks like Snodgrass may well be joining Norwich (Old Leeds) City after all according to SSN... Guessing the price must be somewhere in the region of 2.5m seeing as we turned down 2.25m for him earlier in the week. Not a massive loss in my opinion as we could play Aidy White in his position (adding a bit of extra pace).

Now all we need is for Peltier to sign and I think we've got the makings of a fantastic back four with Peltier, Pearce, Lees and Drury. Add Green and Austin in the middle of the park and that's a strong, defensive unit to build on.

Swap McCormack with Mackail-Smith and this should add a different dimension up front...

Why McCormack must go !

I cannot understand what all the fuss is about Ross
McCormack is ? He is at best, half decent - Look at the facts:

1. Not good enough for Cardiff...
2. For a team that let in the goals we did last year cos of style of play meant loads scored - any half decent player would have scored 19 goals as your main striker
3. You cannot buy nouse - Warnock will get 2 brilliant players for Snodders & (D)Ross McCormack if they go
4. Norwich City & Huddersfield....
5. You really think McCormack will cut it in PL ?
6. He regards himself as worth more than Leeds United ?
7. Does he question the appointment of Neil Warnock & his credentials, the ambition ? (Middle East takeover, 8 players in, with 'crucials' to come ?
8. Bates has realized cash needed to get to Prem League (proving ambition/takeover)

Bye Ross - have a nice wage and enjoy your dogging...

Believable3 Unbelievable1

Not many strikers scored more than mccormack last season and we finished in bottom half of the table so that statement you made was wrong .

Now that Southampton are in for Snodgrass i'm expecting the bidding war that Warnock wanted, with Snodgrass ultimately being sold to the highest bidding team, I don't see him staying now as I see another couple of lower premiership clubs joining the bidding later.

Warnock is already looking at players to spend the money on with 1 possibly 2 wingers being the highest priority but also looking at central midfield and some backup defensive players. Expect at least one of these signings to be 1M+ player to please the Leeds fans and give them the 'big' name they are calling for.

Snodgrass in talks with norwich, let him go if he has no interest in helping leeds win promotion, same with mccormack

Morning all,

my own personal feeling is that is an announcement will be made when either all of NWs targets have been secured or they are 99% done and dusted. Any announcement before will hike the prices up of these players, the club have stated publicly that investment talks are progressing at ER, 1. to inform the fans and 2. to the potential players looking to come to ER etc

Any player that NW talks to regarding a move to ER will be told all about NWs plans etc for the season & the bare facts of the takeover leaving the player to decide if his future lies with us or not, if they dont join then fine, their loss.

I would also imagine NW has told more to RS than many others at ER in an attempt to keep him, if Snodgrass feels his future lies at Southampton or Norwich this year and cannot see the potential of Leeds over the forthcoming seasons then the boy is a fool. Wouldnt be surprised if NW hasnt said he needs a decision from RS before the end of the weekend.!

Believable1 Unbelievable0

I can't believe that any club with a possible target isn't aware that LUFC have got new owners, or are about to announce new owners with sackloads of cash to spend. So I don't think that there is anything to be gained at this stage by delaying any announcements so that we can get players on the cheap. That time has passed.

Agree0 Disagree0

The price hike thing is a laugh. They can only inject 6m into the players anyway, so players aren't suddenly going to go loads over. If they were going to do that, they would be doing it already in anticipation.

anyone know anything about max gradel? heard he might be making a return?

Have heard that the takeover has been completed, the reason for no announcement is that NW has been given a certain amount of money for the last 3/4 targets.

If the announcement is made prior to these deals the new owners feel that they will be over paying

Expect 3/4 bids to be accepted for players NW wants announcement to follow 24/48 hrs after that

Uncle ken has spoke to new owners and warned them if announced prior to bids they could spend twice as much as they need to.

How can they keep it quiet? If they are the new owners, surely someone will know and therefore inform everyone.

I don't see how they could keep it quiet if it was a done deal.

Cracks me up all these so called Leeds fans, happy y we have signed free or bargain basement players, its a disgrace that a club like leeds hasnt made any 2 Marquee" signings to re-juvenate the club. Instead people are posting about Alan smith and Max Gradel, other clubs are spending heavily and we are buying Andy Gray and other drop-outs. FACT: We had better squads for the past 3 seasons than this season, expect bottom half of the table and 3 different managers this season. WAKE UP CHAPS AND STOP DREAMING.

Believable1 Unbelievable4

It's nice to see that there is another person who has no concept of football management! NW is building a team that will fight for each other/play for each other. It will be a team who are in it together, does not have any prima donnas who only turn up and play when they want. This will be a team, and one that is a lot stronger than the one we've had in the last few years. Stop being so pessimistic and get behind the mighty whites!

Agree3 Disagree0

People like u really piss me off moaning constantly bout the team give it a rest u tit n if u actually listen to warnocks interviews there is more signings on the way so just wait n see what happens

Agree2 Disagree0

I think you may be confusing the words FACT and OPINION, although I'd agree that the squad isn't looking a promotion squad just yet. Still over a month of transfer window left though.

Agree1 Disagree0

Very sad.
You re the type of fan who is always moaning, no matter what.
There s a real buzz about the mighty whites this year and if you can t see that you must be really really thick.
NW is building a strong squad that will compete for the Championship title.
Our job is to get behind him and the players and make every game like a cup final.
NW has been at pains to point out how impressed he s been with the passion of the Leeds fans since his arrival. He wants to make Elland Road into a fortress that is intimidating for other teams.
I suggest you moaners stay at home and watch TV. The real Fans will will be getting behind the team wether we win or lose.

Sounds to me like you really know what your talking about, maybe you should go manage a football club then !

Agree1 Disagree0

EXPERT alas your not. Just let the manager do his job. My moneys on Warnock, not you.

Agree2 Disagree0

That is your opinion which you are more than entitled to... The fact is how many teams have you got promoted?? (that are not on a video game) Neil Warnock is the promotion master and I like the majority of Leeds fans have faith in him and trust him. The players brought in may not be Ronaldo's or Messi's but they are players who will give 110% every week and not go missing in games when we need them the most like alot of the first team did last season.

The main aim for us this season is to build a team that can get us out of this league. Look at Leicester last season spending millions on players left right and centre (who do they have for there first Premiership game this season, oh that's right they didn't even make play offs) Chill out pal and get behind the team if you really are a true LUFC fan.

Agree1 Disagree0

We will see once the season starts. maybe you should of told NW to not bother signing Gray as should of kept Forsell and Paynter. Its obvious that your opinion has been formed from lack of knowledge, I'll admit I dont know the new signings inside out but to not even give them a chance is a bit pethetic. Half of them have been named player of the year for club or league, been club captains, or played seasons in the prem. What do you actually expect from a championship budget?

Agree1 Disagree0

Well you're a happy little camper aren't you? Don't bother going to ER this season, we don't need your kind there. We want fans who get behind the team, not the ones who are on the players backs from the first whistle.

Agree1 Disagree0

Utterly pointless pessimism for no reason whatsoever. I assume you are classing yourself as a "so called Leeds fan". Wake up and see that things are changing for the better.

Our squad will be MUCH better than last year by the time NW has finished in the transfer market, we have spent money on some targets, NW has padded his squad with clever finds, and has already announced that he wants 3-4 "excellent" signings to finish the squad off.

Get off the negative bandwagon, have some faith or stay away.

Gretar Steinson at RB anyone? Avaliable on a free after release by Bolton, doubt he's on very high wages because prior to playing for Bolton he was a nobody and therefore won't have really requested high wages, worth a punt with his prem experience.

I agree, didnt look too bad at Bolton when saw bits of him but with Bolton not re-signing him may mean he wants play higher than championship? Mr P

Nw has made several signings, but I see most of them as fringe/ cover players. Rb, cb, lb, attacking mid and a striker of quality still required i think. I trust warnock because we need numbers, it will be a long season and squad rotation is essential. But now it's time to sign some quality, mcgugan would be a great addition, templeton, and Russell would be a great signing. The only places are rb essential and lb which need some thought. Anyone got any ideas on possible defence targets? Northampton white.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Rb's are on the shopping list, lb we have drury and pugh for cover, he played there in the friendly, if you are very desperate White can fill in but its been said NW sees he as a attacking player.
cb is still up for grabs, I think lees will be cover, may go out on loan to help him grow but we have been trialing Crainie, If we dont get a replacment i think he might end up signing him. Striker to be our big signing a few rumoured but im sure NW will get tthe man he wants. I also think we will be active in the Jan window, as long as we are up there you might find some out of favour Prem players wanting to finish the season on a high so will come and help the promotion push.

Is it me or am I the only one who can remember Bekfords first touch it's owful,His attitude at times terrible, The time he gave Leeds away end the finger.Granted his goals got us were we are in the championship,But so did Becchios and Gradels who played more as a paring towards the end off the promotion season. If we brought him back his attitude may be better but we will have to see. if it was a choice between him or Maynard only one winer for me Maynard has more time to improve a miles better touch and needs less chances to score. But he would cost more, but Beckford wages are huge I'm led to believe
