Shaun Harvey is about as good as arranging a transfer than Michael Barrymore is at arranging a party. it all goes tits up every transfer window and we get the old he worked his socks off excuse. He couldn't negotiate terms at winstons that man.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why he's still at leeds and on into the next season is beyond me, we want a new man in charge of transfers, not that bates clown

Agree0 Disagree0

I totally agree he coultned give a fucx about leeds as long as he gets his big fat wage every week.

Ed 13. You still havnt answered my question, am I not allowed to say Scu*?? if not I won't use it, but don't disrespect a lifelong Leeds Fan with glib answers, its a simple question. {Ed013's Note - You asked a question starting Ed, that could be any Editors and with me not being here over the weekend I didn't know what you was talking about as other eds covered me. SCUM is not allowed on the site and as I am a Leeds fan of over 30 years I am fully aware what that means. As for calling people Dick heads on other posts, that is not what this site is all about so please don't do it}

if we sign mills, thomas, le fondre, sharp and a quality cm ball player we will go up

Believable0 Unbelievable0

What a transfer window that would be for us!

Agree0 Disagree0

Gradel instead of thomas, I would except, to myself would be a no brainer. becciho back instead of le fondra would also be a plus. and if somebody takes that lame duck the new billy lame and lazy morison off our hands job done.

Agree0 Disagree0

How many more times gradel is out injured for another 6 months after having surgery on his cruciate ligament so that's a no go as for becchio he's gone get over it will you

Agree0 Disagree0

Gradel has already said he wouldn't come back unless we were in the premier league anyway so he opulent rejoin. He is also worth around 5 million so would be impossible

So we've been linked with the prolific striker noel hunt. Well I can't wait for him to join. When I think of a prolific striker hunt doesn't seem to come to mind. We should save our money and get someone better who gets double figures. Not even bothered if from lower league as a proper out and out striker is what we need. We already have a number of players none of whom score regularly.
Liverbird

I agree. Ross=effort. Morr=not sure varney=occasionally. Need bang em in regular striker who is rubbish at everything other than hitting back of net. Bit old fashioned, but I like players to do what they get paid for. The strikers we have are not good enough to start games. We need defenders to be nervous at kick off when they play leeds

Agree0 Disagree0

So Becchio then? Yeah I agree. Fans moaned he couldn't do this or that, but what he could do at this level is score goals. Lee Chapman couldn't trap a bag of sand, or pass the ball accurately over more than a yard. BUT HE SCORED GOALS. Not one to clamour for the return of old players, but we dropped a right bo**ock letting Becchio go. No doubt I'll get some replies about him being greedy and wanting to go, but IMO he was pushed out.

Agree0 Disagree0

Becchio wasn't greedy to go. He's just like any other person, ambitious and wanted to try and further his career.
Question; if you had an offer from a more succesful company and almost double your salary, would you turn it down?
Yes, at this moment in time Norwich are a more succesful team as they're in the premiership.
MOT

Agree0 Disagree0

We dint let Becchio go, he WANTED to go, there's a difference

Agree0 Disagree0

Becchio loved this club. If he wanted to go it was because of a kn*b of a manager that pulled his workrate down and an assistant manager that publicly stated they would listen to offers for him. Work rate or goals? Tell me any striker in ANY division that's asked to track back And get 20 goals a season! Do u recall any manager questioning Chapman? Clarke? Charles ( though I'm sure he could) Were Lineker, Rush, Owen criticised? Did Shearer ever make a last ditch tackle outside his penalty area? If we had kept Becchio we would have done the play offs IMO

U can't always blame the manager becchio thought he was going to get a big pay day at galatasaray but when they signed drogba he was stuck couldn't stay at leeds after the fuss he made, out off all players in the w

Agree0 Disagree0

Is clear as day that becchio did not want to go, he was forced as nobody is better than NW! why put him in the shop window like they did? warnock forced him out!

Agree0 Disagree0

Whatever the thoughts and feelings are on becchio. He has gone and isn't coming back. Look to the future and forget about him. If he chose to go he made a bad choice with his game time and goals. If it was leeds choice then we screwed up getting morrison.

How many goals has Beccio scored for Norwich? Let me look at his record. Oh I see none. He has had his big pay day, even though he missed out on Galatasary because they signed Drogba instead. Forget him and move on. He is history.
