Looks like Leeds r in for someone who's rubbish in any other league but he should fit right in with the dross I'm supporting every week taking the brunt of numerous peetakes every weekend!and I live in Cardiff!!but try and support Leeds as much as my heart will give but I am at my limit either we improve or my tickers going to pop disgruntled is masking my true emotions mot

Lets have a reality check here b4 new year 1. Redfern great coach but no experience at match to match champ level
2. To many new players although doing ok have nt battled as a team yet
3. No real experiened midfielder of calibre to mention
4.midtable team at best this season
5.defence needs complete rebuild or bring in a proper reshuffle
Sorry but we are miles away of competing even at this level at present and relegation may nt be considered but if er dnt become battlers soon pretty football won't save us a very very down night mot

Pavoletti at ER today according to YEP's Phil Hay - signing on loan until end of season with view to a permanent move in summer.

Not really surprised at the result today, bizarre own goal but Neil Redfern just hasn't got the experience to be up against managers like Malky Mackay. Too many changes to management by a crazy owner who's heart may be in the right place but is as mad as a march hare and has made so may bad management choices over the years you just start thinking Leeds may have as many managers in a season as they manage to score goals.
I really hope I'm wrong but we are still a million miles away from Premiership level.

Sorry to say but for me tactics were wrong, was a game to attack and to start with Tonge was a mistake. Also playing Sharp and Ant without a wide man is pointless, no pun intended, Back four need to stamp their authority on game before running about upfield. Monty scoring goals for fun in U21 but gets no time on pitch, same with Dawson, why do we not rotate these players with Mowatt and Bianchi or Cook. Young kids will play for ever if they are winning but have confidence easily dented if having to put up with this every game. Assume Adryan is injured and Sloth and Del Fabro. Keep playing same formation but midfield can't do it, you can't have wingbacks unless midfield is going to get back and cover and we have no hard men in midfield to do this. Think we need to look at 5-4-1 formation with Bellusci pushing into midfield and Montenegro playing wide in midfield then any three from Mowatt, Adryan, Bianchi, Cook, Sloth or Dawson. Then if chasing the game can shake it up with an extra striker or attacking midfielder. Sorry to say I left when Morrison and Austin came off the bench to give us the midfield we had last year.

Just in from the game, wet and very disspirited. From front to back must be worst Leeds team for years. Morrison, don't get me started. Tonge non existant Cooper, the keeper strangers. Sharpe, flattered but never got in the box, went off in a huff.
Cooke and Mowatt were still on the Xboxes bless.

Coaches coach and are Mr nice guy, every one loves the coach!
Managers manage and make tough decisions and demand 100% of everyone all the time, that means they're feared a little bit.
Leeds need a manager not a nice guy, throw in a big central defender who frightens a few people and a central midfielder who every one hates but all secretly would have them in their team, a bit like Joey Barton, problems solved? Maybe not, but at least halved! (Been there, got the T shirt)

Sometimes to make a giant leap you need to take a few steps back, there is going to be no quick fix and getting rid of red fearn would be useless because we need a period of stability. Were on our 3rd manager this season it can't always be the managers fault! We need a good holding midfielder, a new centre back, another good striker to play with Antenucci and some Pacey wings to provide a new outlet. At least we have ambition now, something we've been missing for a while

We are in trouble. Not getting the points where we need too. The management strategy is flawed. This is too big for Redfearn and sadly although he is experienced Cellino has got it wrong due to naivety. What a shame as I do think Cellinos heart us in the right place but what now?
I can't understand it- on the whole we have better players than last year but they're not clicking. Defence continues to be a problem, centre halfs not doing their jobs and no midfield cover. No wingers also means no supply to strikers which all means pressure on the back four, which continues to be a problem.

How do you really feel darren? We are still rebuilding and there are threats to the business such as the fa. Would you prefer GFH or Bates owning us because I guarantee you if that were the case we would be back in League 1 next year with a points deduction for going into administration yet again. The problem for right now is we have swapped the problem of poor finances for superior finances just with an owner who has very unconventional style meaning coach not manager. I don't agree with the method either because this is the championship not serie a or b. But I'd rather have better finances and Cellino than suffer the lies and usury of GFH and Bates. No one knows the future but I'd say in a couple of seasons we will be competing for a premiership play off spot. Cellino will either get it right or sell to someone richer than him. In meantime we watch our team play "pretty" at home and get turned over by relegation fodder and I know it's painful but it could be much worse.
Can't really see any positive's in this team! Bad management all around Mr cellinio has come in and stated yes stated that he could build a better team that we have! I know that times a big factor but time we ain't got! I'm all for blooding the youngsters but we have tried and not so trustedn players sitting on their wage packets at home whe
