dont get me wrong i think graysons done well to get us back into the championship with the money he has...but all the time he has been in charge leeds have been inconsistant and he uses the same tactics and pretty much the same line ups week in week out...i really dont think tactically he is a good enough manager for leeds once we get back into the premiership and im sceptical about us even getting there whilst he's at the helm...sorry SG but i think its time you went and take KB with you!

You going to buy the club from KB then? You don't really seem to understand how the business side of football works mate.

Reading thru the posts since full time today, heres my thoughts; Im no Grayson hater but at this moment Im certainly no lover.
Iv been to 5 home games this season and im yet to see them win.
we never come out in the 1st half of games and let teams bring the game to us. At the start of the 2nd half we come out on fire get ourselves bak in the game or go in front, then dissapear and let the away teams back into the game again.
We look slow + sluggish, no ideas. The midfield is none existant at times and opposision just walk thru the middle. Me personally i think we need 4/5 new players in various psitions, RB CB CM Winger. But thats just me

4-4-2 with 2 wide men is a dangerous way to play in modern times. We always look thin in the middle. I know the die-hard traditionalists won't agree but very few great teams play that way any more. Games are generally won and lost in the middle and we're nearly always playing 4v5 there.

If you have been to 5 home games this season and not seem them win can't you stop going?

Nope, sorry mate I luv it too much, just cant afford every match I have other priorities at the moment. I know theyre still sat in 5th place at the mo, but simply not playing good enough

Another loss to a rubbish team at home. I defended Grayson at the beginning of the season and the players who I thought were good enough.. Thanks Simon, but we need to move on.
The thing is with Leeds at the minute, we aren't even playing decent football. We robbed Burnley last week. We have been outplayed by a lot of teams. :( GUTTED!

Becchio looks out of sorts for me. Howson can go in January for me. Paddy should be captain anyway. Yes Howson is a Leeds lad and all that but he is AVERAGE at best and he isn't good enough.

Kisnorbo captain? Don't get me wrong, Howson is terrible, but Paddy can't even run anymore and his positional play is dreadful

Paddy's been shocking - can't tackle, can't pass, can head a little...

Were you at the game? He needs dropping. And Paddy should be in the reserves

I thought howson was our best player . we keep ranting on about clayton but he was poor today , kisnorbo got a first touch of a donkey and bechio not half the player of last season. don't know how simon's going to get out of this.

not anti larry - hes done great to get us to here - but we need to move on if we are to step up - FED up as are we all and the players and director of inconsistency - Mark Hughes or Martin O Neil for me - or stick with Larry - has to be a top manager - no point otherwise - and before you get on my back Hughes' Man Utd connections dont botehr me - neither did John Giles Strachans or Brian Kidds - back room staff at ER are mid table - we need a Prem class - experinced player and manager mid 40s - time to change - one more defeat and i think its curtains for Larry - losing to Barnsley at ER and Blackpool is poor form - sloppy

You're living in fantasy land if you think Hughes or O'Neill would come to Leeds. If Leicester can't tempt O'Neill back then what chance have we got. Hughes is waiting for a premiership job, or one abroad. We'd get someone like Zola, no track record. I'm sticking with Grayson for now,but I do fear that a few bad results could spell his end.then I'll support the next Leeds manager through thick and thin because that's what real supporters do.

Why would a manager with O'Neill's class, or even Hughes's record, come to a second division team with no money to spend on players and a half full ground every week. You are deluded mate. The last poster is spot on. Support the team - Grayson's as good a manager as the 2011 Leeds United (not the 1975 version) can afford. Grow up.

Absolute disgrace....AGAIN. Typical predictable result against a local team in a derby. No desire to win, no intelligence, imagination or pride to be on that pitch.

A typically lack lustre Leeds side walk out at 3 pm with the x factor result and playing call of duty the only thing on their minds. 45 minutes of nothing. Do clayton and howson decide before hand who is going to have the man of the match performance? When ones on form the other is absent!!

No imagination or passing ability in midfield and the width just didn't work. Becchio did nothing and McCormack was never given the service.

Grayson has a plan A and nothing else. He has run out of ideas for me. We are in the play offs, not through brilliance, but more through luck and other teams gifting us the win.

And before you start gobbing off and saying I should get behind the team, how about they show me some passion and desire??

Today was crap, but the league table never lies. We've done OK and if you were a true supported you'd be supporting the team. {Ed025's Note - well said mate..

Obviously u dont want better for ur team.. table speaks for itself!? Lol have u seen the pack of teams chasing us down, n how tight it is! Were chuckin away points for fun, ones we shud win! God i love Leeds but come on, il always support n get behind the players, but we r flat, all over the place.. we deserve better!

Knew it wouldn't be long before someone came out and said I should be supporting my team. It's a two way street and to be honest why should I stay tight lipped and just shrug my shoulders and say oh well when they turned out a dire and embarrassing performance like that. The table does lie. It shows in 5th, but it doesn't tell the whole story. We skate on thin ice, get lucky and haven't dominated nearly as many games as we should. I support my club by paying my season ticket money, however I don't have to respect the "team" when they play like that. Their just players and nothing to do with the love I have for the club.

how can we be grayson haters coming out of our caves?? the facts are that we conceed early in nearly every game and make it hard to get points.
Something is clearly not right IS IT.
no body hates simon,it's just abundantly clear we need to be more consistant and more solid in defence. 0.0 at half time give the team a platform to go forward, and not be desperate to catch up.
maybe we need some new idea's, Saints have a pretty average squad and when do they loose at home. something has to be tried even if it dosen't make a difference.

I am not a grayson hater hes done a good job for us,but results are just not good enough,he has gone as far as he can.i still say his loan dealings towards the end of last season cost us a play off place,if he doesnt go can we please get a quality coach in cos snodin is a muppet.

this is another appalling result at home and a lot of leeds fans have got to wake up to the fact that with bates and grayson in charge this club is going nowhere.graysons been in charge for three years come boxing day and considering he was a defender he doesnt have a clue.bates is not going to invest to take us to the next level and if howsen leaves in the summer he will be the fourth first team player to leave for nothing if bates thinks hes a business man im elvis

can we ever beat barnsley?! i dont get it coz theyre one of the worst teams in this league, better 2nd half needed or the anti-grayson crew will be out of their caves for another week

Yup. Good post. Hope SG laid into them at H-T. We need to win this one. You can't go up if you constantly lose to Barnsley at home. Someone need to get their foot in. This is when you need a Batty or Smith type but we don't have such a player. More passion and desire required.

Hey ed any chance of having a moaners page to contain the problem fans so us real ones don't have to read all their bullcr#p MOT forever

But i love to moan about the team or what else would i do when we have no decent plyers, the manager is clueless in getting decent people in. and we get stuffed by Blackpool, yes get us a special moaners page plz Ed so i can put my real thoughts on there .
