Looks like they did some work with Felix during his time off. I've never been a fan of punching over catching but at least he's coming for the ball now. Got to give him his dues - he still has a way to go but he's learning.

He still looked iffy to me.

He will get there.

He suits TC's system better even though his keeping is worse. Maybe the lesser of two evils to have 'the cat' in pegs and play better as a team?

Hopefully he's open to improving where as with lonergan you can't teach an old dog new tricks

I feel for sorry for West Brom this weekend. Two points dropped me thinks. No wonder our resident Spurs c**k womble is quiet. Spurs - Always the bridesmaids and the only team in history who managed to finish third in a two horse title race. Your mum and dad (or uncle Frank as you know him) weren't even born the last time Spurs won the league title. Seriously though Paul, I thought you'd have winned West Brom at home lol. You numpty. MM

{Ed001's Note - to be fair, as a Liverpool fan I can remember us (Liverpool) finishing 6th in a 2 horse race under Roy Evans. And it was all the fault of my then gf. One away game had to go round her parents for Sunday dinner, I spilt gravy on my top and we won. Obviously the gravy stain was lucky, so I refused to wash the top again and LFC went on an unbeaten run of something like 25 games. Then one day I came home to find the silly cow had washed the top and Liverpool folded and slid down the table. Never ever will I forgive her for that. Never.}

I take it she is your Ex, or did you marry her? Was the gravy tasty?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - very much an ex. How could you marry someone who does something like that??? I never tasted the gravy as I threw it all down my top. It was the first time I met her parents so had to ensure I made a good impression. I think I succeeded.}

Your tale reminds me of Spud in Trainspotting when he first met her parents while he was holding the sheet he’d crapped in, she grabbed it off him and., well you know what happened next! Great story Ed!

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - actually I have no idea, I have never seen it.}

26 Nov 2017 17:33:45
He pulls this bird in a night club and she takes him home, he gets up in the morning and realises he’s crapped the bed, so he sneaks downstairs only to be met by her parents who are sat at the breakfast table, they welcome him but the Mother asks why have you brought your sheets down? He says oh I was just going to put it in the wash, she says oh don’t worry give it here, she grabs at it while he grabs it back, they struggle with it, she manages to snatch it from him and in doing so Spuds crap flys off the sheet into everyone’s mouths and faces! Bit different to gravy but memorable just the same!

{Ed001's Note - oohhhh that is gross but funny.}

first time you met them? wanted to make a good impression? wearing a liverpool top? no wonder it didn't work out, if my girls brought home a fella in a liverpool top i'd be devastated (if it was Arsenal I'd kill them) make you right though can't stay with someone who does that to your team, my daughter was a bock so I made sure she was out the house when leeds payed for over a year, then we won with her home so i had to let her back in. sadly

{Ed001's Note - bock?}

That's a tragic tale Ed and just goes to show how washing powder is the root of all evil in the world. I've been telling people that for years.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - anything that involves domestic chores is evil. I keep telling the missus that is why we need a housemaid to stop her having to be tainted by the evil. Preferably a hot one like next door to me have....}

27 Nov 2017 13:49:18
you should definitely watch the movie tho Ed - one of the best ever made

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - I have met Ed007, I don't think I need to watch it to know what happens in Glasgow any more, I experienced it that weekend!}

Ayala gets red. Had he got red last week he would not have played and Middlesbrough might have stood a chance. Should realise getting away with it against us dosn't mean he can against others.

Ekuban a big positive I think - causes lots of issues for defenders and allows the other boys more space. Need to keep him in the team

Yep. Worked hard. Be nice if he scored once in a while. Like wood did!

27 Nov 2017 11:03:45
I think he might get between 8-12 if he continues to work hard and is given a decent chance, which considering he's been out is a very good return. I don't think we require a wood like presence any more in a way of goals, as we don't play like that. My only fear now is, will hernandez cut it for another year after this. If not we need another skillful player who can operate on the left. Hopefully whoever it is can link up well with saiz and alioski and get a good run in the team, as i think hernandez looks to be in his last 1 or 2 years of football. Hopefully we could keep him as coaching staff?

Spot on, Sam. I am not fully convinced over Ekuban yet but that is purely because of his lack of game time. Hope he gets a good injury free run and becomes our goal a game (or every other game) man. Even without his goals if he obviously makes others play then he's won me over.

Leeds United superstore online is brutal has anyone else had hassle trying to order?

I’m with you on that mate! It’s easier to travel for two hours and get what you want rather than order it on the online superstore Wex
