we need 2 center backs and possibly cover for right back tom lees looks ok there for now but we need 2 ceter backs defo

Believable3 Unbelievable0

If kisnorbo gets his fitness up he will be ok

Agree2 Disagree5

We only need a Right Back. there are 6 centrebacks at the club capable of doing the job, they just need to organise themselves better.

Agree3 Disagree4

As much as I love kisnorbo, I fear he's had his day and his legs have gone. I really hope he proves me wrong as he's a rare breed that seems to truly care and show complete commitment, loyalty and passion. Would love to see Lucas back at the club as a coach, Matteo too as he also seems to love Leeds and cares about our future - I think he'd make a great coach

Agree4 Disagree1

Kisnorbo doesn't need to build up his fitness, sadly the injury has taken the little pace he had. Cart horse.

Grayson, stay or go?,agree to go or disagree to stay,

Believable23 Unbelievable26

Who would we replace him with though taking into account a certain Mr Bates? If we sack Grayson can we realistically get someone who is better - the likes of O'Neil wouldn't come - he can pick and choose and would be attractive to most premier league teams, he also walked out on villa as he wasn't getting backing from the board.

Realistically it would be a lower league manager with no track record in the championship and a huge risk. Grayson is the man in my opinion for the time being

Agree4 Disagree6

O'Leary would jump at it
O'Neil would probably accept as he was going to be our manager before and he knows how big a club it is.
Hughes - would like the challenge of a reputable club with good prospects (and get one over on Ferguson)

Agree3 Disagree7

O'Neil wouldn't jump at it, he walked out at villa cos the board and chairman wouldn't back him with transfers - we all know what bates is like so what's attractive at Leeds which would make him change his stance. He could also walk into most premier league teams and command a much bigger salary too.

Would love to see him at Leeds as I think he'd work wonders but it's simply unrealistic I'm afraid. O'Leary is possible as he's said he has unfinished business but what's he like when he hasn't got a decent budget - he didn't exactly sparkle at Villa when he went there.

If (and it's a big if) we got rid of Grayson, I think we need someone who has been there and done it in the championship and knows what it takes to get out of this league

Agree2 Disagree1

If SG did go - which is unlikeley none of the above would take it as they would not want to work with Bates - end of!

Agree1 Disagree2

Steve Coppell might be worth a shout, not that i think Graysom needs to go.

Agree0 Disagree2

Dave jones?,billy davis?,not sure who would replace grayson but we can't keep going on like this, shipping goals like no tomorrow, just think grayson had nearly 3 years and still got the same problems on the pitch we had when he came,he seems to be clueless at times

Agree2 Disagree2

Coppell I like - he's proven at this level time and again. Can't see Billy Davies coming - he's spouted how much he dislikes Leeds before. Dave Jones to be fair isn't bad but has he succeeded when he's had a very limited budget - he couldn't get Cardiff promoted even though they were spending

Give the defence a chance Grayson - drop Howson NOW!

Believable10 Unbelievable12

Give the defence a chance for what..?
Another season to leak goals

Agree11 Disagree2

Im sorry grayson has brought in proven defenders, he cant control every move they make on the pitch, two are internationals FFS, he sets them up with a game plan that 9 times out of 10 works, but they are not concentrating, and we cant just keep buying/loaning more, and we can't blood youth with them ie Lees as he will get there bad habits!

Agree3 Disagree5

Howsons commitment set up the 92nd minute goal. I think he needs a rest not to be dropped.

Agree1 Disagree1

My dog is committed when chasing a ball just like Howson runs around aimlessly -is our biggest defensive problem and I agree needs to be dropped.

Could we maybe get a washing powder to sponsor our defence, anything to help us get some clean sheets.

im not jumping on a bandwagon etc but sg cant defend himself when he openly comes out and blasts the players....defenders mainly and then in the yep says that hes not gonna go out and get any cos the ones we have are good enough

Believable8 Unbelievable1

GRAYSON OUT !!
READ HIS statement...........
Leeds United manager Simon Grayson has played down the possibility of an urgent leap into the emergency loan market by insisting his crop of defenders should be good enough to cure the club’s Achilles heel. Gj

Believable17 Unbelievable3

How much time does grayson need to sort of the defence?,he's had nearly 3 years!.This surely shows that he ain't never gonna get it right at the back, also the cmf pairing needs to be stronger, clayton and vayrnen, should start the next game surely

Agree13 Disagree0

SG is right. They should be good enough. They are proven CB`s at a good level. Why the they cant get it right at Leeds is troubling for SG and us due to no lack of effort from Leeds management am sure

Agree3 Disagree5

Makes me laugh when i see his quote in the YEP tonight when he includes Bruce in the list of centre halves he's used - not this season he aint! if we can see that we need a right back and move Lees to CB/or get another CB in why cant he!

ISN´T RACHUBKA A BETTER KEEPER THAN LONERGAN ? SG IS KIDDING USING THE ANDY AS A FIRST GOALKEEPER

Believable0 Unbelievable20

Haven't really seen Lonners do much wrong, as for the so called defenders in front of him thats another story,Rachubka isn't the answer for the goals being shipped.

Agree15 Disagree0

You are joking aren't you

Agree6 Disagree4

Great post (1st reply) - Lonergan has kept the damage to a minimum and I think he's been a great signing. It's the defence that's the issue - not great quality BUT also constant changes (some of which have been forced through suspension & injury), we need a stable back 4 who have a run of games and get to know how they play together and work as a unit rather than individuals

Worst thing to happen with Leeds is half time!

Believable6 Unbelievable1

I seem to remember it being the best thing to happen in the Crystal Palace game.....all two halves are different that's football! Stupid post
