Think it will be a tight game again. To nick a win think we need two of either erwin carayol or botaka on pitch, with coyle keeping his place. If same team out will be lucky to get draw. Still have my money on win though even though its costing me money this season.

Managers to me are not here to forge a loyalty base with the fans, they are here to do a job with the team to get results, climb the table get promotion, if they are not doing any of those then they are not doing their job, end of, stability comes with winning giving them 20,30,40 games without results is not stability it's stupidity, a recipe for relegation.
it's the owner's perogative to hire and fire as he will be blamed or praised during his tenure. Tyhe fans shout for the sack after acouple of defeats then change after a couple of wins and right now SE's records is not that impressive even if it is an improvement slightly on the field.

If you win games as a manager you win loyalty with the fans. You Win trophies, you win legendary status. Don Revie, Bill Shankly, Clough, etc.

Steve Evans will be sacked this summer. Leeds will have a new Owner and manager before the start of preseason. Next season we will be MOT.

Well I think you probably know Hooks that my influence on team selection is negligible, as in non existent, but I don't disagree with you. Having said that I would never have got rid of Adryan or Billy Sharp, and I'd have been trying Casper, so my judgement might be questionable.

Agree, we may have some gems, and yes Speedy, we have let some decent players go. I would love to have seen Adryan playing this season. Must have a look to see how he is fairing at his new club
