A few lads mentioning Pep for the job. While I wouldn't say I'm totally against it, I really can't see why. No management experience. It's a big difference being an assistant as to being mansger. I also can't understand people now saying he was the brains behind the management team last season. On what basis? However nobody really knows how someone will perform until given a chance and maybe he will be the new David O'Leary. Did I really just say that.

Cork why are you still defending monk! ?

Agent will have had a offer from premier league I bet

Agree0 Disagree0

28 May 2017 00:38:21
Pep wouldn't be offered Manager. we are looking for a coach so it doesn't matter if he has no Managerial experience. My fear is that it will take 'the new guy' 10 or 12 matches to groom his team. If we start with the same form as Monk did it will be an uphill battle to make the playoffs. I would like to see Pep being retained as head coach. Anyway whatever I will still back whoever is put in charge. MOT

Agree0 Disagree0

28 May 2017 08:29:15
Fredh is it legal for a coach to 'groom' a load of young lads? I've been told I could get in a lot of trouble for that.

Alf, Berm got away with it all these years.

If I had an open field where money was no object and he would come I would have Wenger any day of the week. After Leeds I always look for the Arsenal results. Win, lose or draw they always play attractive football. If I wasn't Leeds born and bred - living 60 miles away now- I would have liked to be from North London so I could support Arsenal. Don't like anything else about that part of the world but the team is excellent and the supporters were very good when we were down for the cup matches. Don't understand why they don't like Giroud (probably because Henry and Van Persie went before him) . He's a player who wood should look to emulate he would be excellent here.

If I had an open field. I'd probably keep sheep

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2017 20:58:27
I'd keep Milwall fans. So they can kick the shit out of each other.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2017 21:38:40
Cork, what would you do with the other square mile? Telling us what you would do over roughly the same area as Speedy's attic may be all well and good but what about the other 99% of the field? 😁

Agree2 Disagree0

27 May 2017 22:36:46
Speedy, why would you keep sheep when you've got Berm? πŸπŸ˜‰

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2017 23:05:40
Because Berm is tired, danum. Didn't you know that? Berm told Speedy the other day he wants to retire and put out to pasture.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2017 23:12:37
Speedy if you had a open field you would have no sheep as they would wonder off my friend. Always be responsible. And close the gate behind you.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2017 23:23:48
No Martyn. I've forgot to mention my sheepdog

Wagner anybody ? Forgetting about the recent spate with Monk, he knows the league, has done well on a limited budget and can spot a player. Although would he give up a chance to manage the bother'ers in prem to do it again with us, there might also be some other clubs looking ?

Average manager who got boosted with good loans. If they don't win Monday, they'll struggle next season.

just to get a few facts right. Charlie taylor was told by monk and the club not to attend the wigan game. they then slaughtered him for refusing to play. he didn't refuse. also bridcutt had a huge bust up with monk and he would have left had monk not gone. some goes for pontus. there was a huge bust up after the Sutton game and it was then monk lost a lot of the senior players. all the issues started then

Believable2 Unbelievable2

27 May 2017 12:09:34
Not surprised to hear that, the atmosphere among the players changed after that day and the performances dropped. It wasn't worth the risk in the end.

Charlie right. Monk and mc wrong.

Agree0 Disagree2

27 May 2017 19:21:48
Could be some thing in the Monk problem with the players I was told by a good source that he went all effing and Jeffing at half time against Norwich and walked out of the dressing room and Green lended up finishing the team talk!

27 May 2017 23:10:00

After all the stories on news now about Ranieri yesterday, I had a look at the Odds and the best price was 16/1 for him to be next manager. Like any irresponsible adult, I lumped Mrs Micks housekeeping money on it before getting down Spoons to meet up with the Friday lunch time club. This morning I see The Tinkerman has come in to 6/4 and is favourite on a few sites, with Karanka going out from odds on to 2/1 at some bookies. That's a big shift and there must be a lot of money going on Claudio. I would still prefer Pep, but as of this morning it looks like it's the Tinkerman. If any of you out there fancy a dabble (Lucas) , Ladbrokes are still offering 9/1 on Ranieri. MM

Mr mick, you are a very bad man. Mrs Lucas will not like me spending her beauty treatment money again. O well, like I keep telling her, you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear 😜

Agree0 Disagree0

27 May 2017 14:11:16
Ouch, bit harsh Mr Lucas. Let's hope the beautiful Mrs Lucas doesn't frequent this site. Saying that, I hope Mrs Mick doesn't either or she'll find out about my slight obsession with her younger, thinner, gorgeous sister who has most of her own teeth and all her prison tattoos are spelt correctly. Getting away from the managerial position and other appointments. As I am from Belfast and only get to about 4/5 home games a year with the logistics and finance. Although my dad brother nephew and son all support the whites. Can I ask. Do the fans support the rhinos as well as the football team.

I watch them On sky every game and actually have a rhinos replica top. To which in my city I get a few looks. Lol. Are we united with the b teams or is there a divide with the football and rugby league supporters. ? Just a random question ? πŸ‘βš½οΈπŸ˜ƒ

Canada you close to that country which have a game where you throw a ball and call it football. πŸ™„
Do they even know there's a game called rugby?

Agree1 Disagree0

27 May 2017 14:34:31
Curahee give it a couple of years and we'll have a super league team with Toronto leading the way. Most schools here play union which surprised me.

Good to hear Canada. just tell them south of the boarder what a real game is and we're just about there then

Agree0 Disagree0

28 May 2017 08:36:11
Most Rhino's fans I know are also Leeds Utd fans to answer the actual question. I also like the Rhino's but not really a big rugby fan (League is alright but Union is a horrific and boring sport)
