As I have said on many occasions you cannot rely on keeping a clean sheet to get a draw or scrape a win. Bartley makes a bit of a mistake and we lose. Its pointed out. What about the mistakes we make at the other end on a regular basis. We are not nearly clinical enough in front of goal.

Not really sure Bartley was at fault. Hernandez gets caught in possession and begs for a foul that never was. Ayling had over lapped for the pass off Hernandez but it never came. Once the ball is lost Bartley is a bit stuck as he's two'd up and Ayling is desperately trying to get back to help out. Do agree we need to be more clinical but still seemed like a good performance.

I think it was Hernandez at fault, not Bartley. Wasn't much Bartley could do in that situation really. Other option would have been to shut the guy with the ball down but that probably would have led to the same pass being made but just a bit earlier. Hernandez should have protected the ball better or made a pass. Not knocking him, he played well and every player makes mistakes during a game, I just don't think on this occasion it was Bartley's altho I could be wrong.

I noticed (forget whom) one of posters wrote about how little game time Cook was getting .
Does anyone know how much time Byron is playing or played.
It may look like a great move to go to a premier league side but as we all know it does not always translate into playing on a weekly basis.

He started off playing a few but now he's just on the bench . Manager even preferred their best attacker Antonio to play rb instead of byram. Rather funny really.

Apparently his stats are poor in the paper today as far as pitch covered during games? I dnt think he gets up and down pitch like he did for us Byram I mean 🤔.
