Your thoughts on this post?? Why do Newcastle want Gradel? Hmmmm
It is likely Leeds will lose Gradel to Newcastle for around 6m Pounds, in the summer IF Leeds don't get promoted, Although Snoddy is fully commited to the Leeds side unless his boyhood club was to come in for him (Rangers), No worries for Becchio or Somma, and Mcartney will look to join Leeds on a permanent deal (Although Aidy White deserves to be our 1st team left back) Lichaj will not join Leeds on permanent. Kisnorbo may be fit for the Last two games of the season against Burnley and Q.P.R. Bradley Johnson will leave on a free to either West Brom or Stoke. Grayson will then and only then consider moves for Michale Johnson or Alan Smith

Grayson has said he see's White as an attacking left side midfielder not a left back and he's gone out on loan because we currently have more than adequate cover down the left although after McCartney's "performance" on Saturday I'd say Ben Parker is long overdue a shift

Snodgrass and Gradel are excellent but can only produce their best if there is a midfield combination that can win the ball and get it to them regularly. Winning the mid field battle is crucial. Our midfield can do that when there are the three but even then there are times when only average opponents pick up second and third balls and win 50/ 50 challenges. Thats when the back four are put under pressure. Agreed that defending from set pieces is poor although it is better than it was. Leeds great going forward and its always entertaining. MOT
