I agree that Kiko should not have used a player's colour as a form of identification. I'm not black so can't put myself in that position. It's a very sensitive issue.
I think if I was a playing in a Sunday league team with 10 black team mates and their keeper shouted, "mark the white guy" it wouldn't bother me at all. I think it's totally different though for ethnic minorities that have been persecuted for hundreds of years.

Five months to come to a decision based on he probably did. How they can base a decision like this on probably astounds me. So they are saying he is probably racist because they have no concrete proof apart from accusation from Letko, who is a West Brom player and his team mate yet the half dozen players who spoke for Kiko mean nothing.

If my boss docked my pay on a probability he would be straight in court especially if he was inferring i was probably racist. EFL rules structure is a joke and open to abuse as everything has a grey area that is decided by the opinion of the board, ridiculous way to govern a multi million pound operation.

I have no visibility of the evidence nor the findings at this time. However, it is beyond comprehension that the FA have branded Kiko a racist (let’s be honest the fines not an issue for him) have demanded he attend racial awareness education on the balance of probabilities criterion!

Akin to licking your finger and sticking out the window.

The fact that the FA have made a definitive decision of allegations founded has no bearing, other than Jonathan Leko could bring a civil case against Kiko under a breach of the Equality Act in which the criterion will be ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ as with any civil case.

Again he MAY be guilty of the allegations he MAY have said it, but don’t hang him out to dry as a human being, let alone footballer on balance of probabilities which in short may have come down to, ya know we have no definite PROOF but I just got a better feel from Leko’s side of the argument.

The same FA that remove Allardyce from his role but do not press for clearly fraudulent abuse even though they had definitive proof.

I cannot see the club dismissing him (they would have to invoke their own investigation to do so) as they have backed from the outset.

However, imagine IF you were innocent and your life is now determined in this way is beyond my simple comprehension. The Team doesn’t matter in comparison to such serious allegations and if he was guilty then Jonathan Leko my sincere apologies from a Leeds fan, but if he wasn’t poor Kiko.

It’s the systemically broken FA that I’m raging at this evening.

Really guys having a go at individual players is a bit much. Only KP and White have put in consistent performances this season. Ayling not far behind but getting caught out of position a lot. Alioski at left back is a good winger but poor defender, and before some smart ass tells me they are wing backs i think defending is still a big part of that role as well. Kiko can be excellent for games then play like a man with cataracts in both eyes. Coops is steady, plays within his limits but is hardly commanding or fills me with confidence. Harrison, Pablo, Klich and Costa all been mediocre this season, none playing up to their best regularly. Bam and Dallas put in a lot of work but are not productive, few goals and less assists.
So where are we, oh we are second five points above third, why? We are there because we play a style of football that makes it hard for the opposition to get a foothold in the game. We keep possession and we press high. Thank Bubs for that. The only gripe i have with Bubs is not using the likes of Gotts, Shacks, and Stevens more often.
Its not the players who are at fault its the fact we have little option but to play them. Imagine if we had a Mitrovic up front with a Bowen in behind him we would destroy teams, but we have not. that's not our players fault if we did not buy them. We have what we have and they are doing a great job in my opinion given their limitations. Must say i am proud of what they have achieved so far and hope they take that final step with promotion, when sadly we will say goodbye to some of them. Onwards and upwards.

Don't think shacks is going to make it at a higher grade IMO. Dallas has been a real plus for us at full back this season, as bazza crumbles even looking at a tackle, and Gianni hasn't the brain for defense ( ok going forward ) though. We have what we have now come what may . Let's just hope it's enough.

BB- you say Dallas is master of no position, whereas he's been seen by pundits and teammates as Motm on a number of occasions this season and has performed very well in a number of positions at international level. Doubtless some will suggest that Northern Ireland is a fairly ordinary team, so few plaudits due for making that team, but surely all the more remarkable that he's contributed significantly to a number of outstanding results against superior opposition.

Not saying he has not contributed. Fact is he can not make any position his own so master of none. Said if he could score more or at least get assists, if others could score, would rate him a lot higher. All the players contribute and that's put us where we are. Dallas puts a shift in no question, hard worker but in my eyes nothing special, not a game changer but good player at this level. Not saying he is at fault, he plays where he is put but if such an excellent right back as some say why is Ayling there, why is Harrison on left wing. I sort of think if we had a full fit squad he may be on the bench.

The fact is that Berardi is a defender and collects clean sheets mainly.
Bamford is supposed to be a striker but dosent score.

firstly clean sheets are a collective therefor so must be scoring goals. so by that thinking bamford has been part of a team that has scored on a higher % than beradi has been part of a team that keeps clean sheets. so look at it like that bamford does his job better than beradi. but then both of them ways are stupid ways of looking at it

for my money both give all and are playing out of position. bamford actually does a great job defending. on FB a stat said with bamford we conceed every 143 minutes without him we conceed every 34 again i don't like stats but that says something in itself. look at us defending without bamford let alone scoring

football is judgements and in my eyes beradi is too much of a libaility in both red cards and big errors. yes i would like bamford to score more but beardi is the weak link for my money. defensively bamford offers more if nothing else.

everyone can see bamford is the only leeds player who can defend set plays. so yes we do want him defending. look at what happenned at cardiff without bamford. we let in three soft high balls. so yes bamford is one of our most important defenders

also having watched the borough game. bamford missed two good chances. one sitter and one which was taken off his foot. beradi did a backpass that i would sack an 8 year old for. was out of psotion twice on breaks that cost us a goal but borough are pony. then near the end he tried to bring down the ball. lost it like a sunday league player, then did a late tackle on the forward who chased down beradis bad touch. he should of been sent off

so on that one game beradi made far more mistakes than bamford. that is my point, fans can see a miss and slate bamford. maybe it takes a better eye to see beradi's awful play unless it costs us the game like it did at derby and sheff utd last season? that's been my point all along aus.

and OX as for kp i do think he has improved a little this season.

still think he is a red card waiting to happen (sent off not that long ago) .

Still think he is slow and can't defend (as leeds player rating said Phillips was ghosted past by reading forward)

still think he can be slopy with a pass (as leeds player rating said phillips was poor in the pass)

and I still think he cost us goals due to lack of moblitlity and inability to read game like a defender

still think it is comedy how people say he is england class ahead of hednerson, rice, dier, barkley, mount, foden, winks, chamberland, maddison, grealish, the sheff utd pair and probably about 10 others.

but he has improved slightly, but still the most over rated leeds player in leeds history beating alan smith who comes in second place.

Whiteman, you're right Bamford is definitely not a striker, he's just a player that plays upfront. I honestly think we could have put any of our team up front and they would have scored as many as Bamford. That's not denigrating all the other aspects of his game, which he does very well.

We attack as a team and defend as a team, that’s Bielsa ball. Bera is the weaker link but can bring something to the table when required upon. Definitely need KP back to fitness, hopefully for tomorrow as I feel White does struggle in his role. KP is 100% premiership quality DM,
he’s not ready for an England call up yet, let’s see how he does in the Premiership.
