Thommo breaks silence.

Yup. Thommo breaks his silence. So for the next couple of days we dwell on his words.

He was apparently "suspended" for no reason. so where do we stand now?

Things were going great at the club, results were going our way, we were contending, the team was galvanising, we signed Bamba and generally we were doing well. All without Mr Cellino there. because he was banned, yes, no input into club affairs, no involvement, sitting in Miami sipping Mojitos, getting a tan. Things were going great.

But somehow, the ship was rocked, disrupted, or maybe manipulated. Salerno claimed that he spoke to / about him rudely. So had to be "suspended", while he was in Italy.

I stand by what I have said before, MC is the only one who can have credit for anything good at this club. Its all because of him, there can be no other way and until that changes, we will not progress. Bewarned Rosler, if you do badly you will be sacked, if you do well, you will be vilified, then sacked. Unless of course, its all because of MC.

By the way have we appointed a head of recruitment yet? because Head's vacation is probably nearing its end.

At least all the FIFA bruha is keeping the light off Leeds. I am just waiting for the FIFA to admit there tax advisor was one Massimo Cellino Every penny of their bungs was kept by the gratefull recipient.
The man may have volatile temperament but its LUFC that will have to pay the price. His "get rid" style of man management will cost him (and us) dearly in the future especially if Redders and Thommo decide to play hard ball.

MC would get off and would probably get FIFA off of all accusations.

Who of the loanees would you keep. Bamba a definate. Montenegro was consistant and pllayed well every game for reserves, not given much chance to shine in first team but would keep him. Del fabro played well every game for reserves and looked comfortable against Sunderland so would keep him. Ngoyi not sure, has not been given much of a test on his injury and would not want some one who broke down every two or three games. If proven fit then useful addition. Sloth reliable but not a stand out player and we have better in midfield so would let him go. Sylvestri is a keep. Cani go. Benedici go, Ant is a dilema as I rate him but he may not fit Roslers style, if we got some one proven could live without him. Think Doukara will play better under Rosler.but Morrison and Sharp should be let go.

Keep Bamba, Montenegro (needs a decent chance) Del Fabro (the pedigree is there. Keep Sloth (good cover for Mowatt, Cook, Bianchi and Murphy) as I thought we had bought him, agree with Silvestri. Ngoyi out.

Cani, Benedici, Doukara, Morrison out. Keep one of Sharp and Ante.

Bring in 2 strikers and push 1 from the youth team.

Think Phillips will prove to be a class act next season and Cole and Mcdaid over next couple of seasons will be pushing for a place. Do need winger/s and a good striker. Dawson is a bit like Adryan was not ideal for this league but will be suited to premiership with better refs

I agree with OP on this one and I think Doukara could excel next season. Looks like Bamba has rejected our initial offer. I do hope if we sign him permanently his form doesn't dip as it has done with previous loanees who've go on to sign permanent contracts.

Sorry MM but can't agree on Doukara. Think he is too lazy for the way Rosler likes his forwards to play. Not to mention inconsistent.

Doukara got dropped n never given a chance again should keep him

Ds? One of sharp or ant? Was that a trick question?

Doukara is bone idle, not a player suited to a high tempo style

I'd certainly keep adryan, but really work with him to use his talent better in this style of play!
Like to see monty given a really go.

Ausman, squad player. I have commented that we need to bring 2 in, a new partnership up front. A youth player to back up and Ante or Sharp to bring in. Ante, has had to get used to the league and Sharp has a little heart. Both edging on 30, so suited for the alternative.

That's my opinion.

Thought Cellino was tight but if its true Watford only offered 1000 a week more to Jovanavic for getting them to premiership that's miserly. Also hear Bamba is stalling on signing contract so guess that is about money as well. FFP rules seem to impact lesser league clubs but the big boys just carry on spending, can't be right. I know some owners are just tight but it must be part of reason.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

29 May 2015 11:53:43
This isn't FFP, this is owners trying to nail down employees to as little as possible, which they can do if they want. It just means you will not get the players or staff that you want because you are not willing to pay the going rate.

Bamba deserves a decent contract, he played well when he joined and gave the team a voice. And frankly speaking, he is 31 and this will probably be the last significant contract he signs. A pity its with a cheapskate owner like MC.

With regards to Watford, that's just disrespectful.

He dosent treat people too well but I suspect his reputation is known well enough now
Anybody that wants to be at Leeds needs to understand that if they turn out crap or lie or don't meet their own or his expectation, the end will be swift and messy.
Be good at your job and do what u say u can do and I expect he will like you!
Don't believe the rubbish in papers and website.
We know he is impatient and not a very nice man but he wants to succeed.
People need to grow up. It's the real world out there and it ain't always nice or fair. Just get over it.

Let's hope no-one ever treats you like s**t then Ausman.

If people don't like to see other human beings treated in this way, they have a right to voice their opinions. It is a banter site after all. If you don't like it, you need to get over it!

If you don't believe anything you read in the papers or on websites, on what basis are your profound opinions formed?
