I would say anyone with a titter or wit agrees that indecision causes trouble. Just sack Rockbottom now, get in a big manager with pedigree, pay him the salary of a decent buy-in, and watch Leeds move up. Old saying, "if you pay peanuts you get monkeys". Buying in 2nd and 3rd division European players and Japanese hopeful is pure folly as I said last year. oh yes, the penny has dropped with the money men! Tinkering with League 1 and 2 players and Leeds will continue to falter and we'll be talking about what to do in League 1 2019-20!

Heckingbottom out, Orta out!

Don’t think either will happen. He will keep heck cause he will do as he is told. Won’t get a top quality manager as he will have to sack or demote Orta and can’t see him doing that ever.

I can wish Ausman, but you are probably right.

Or as Ridsdale once believed, pay millions, get right rogered, and throw the club down the swanny. works both ways.

So, it's agreed. Rockbootom is a puppet! Give me his wages and I'll do what Orta wants! I'll take the meetings, read statements, pick useless teams, put on subs that make no sense, have dumb tactics, sit in front of the cameras, and destroy Leeds. really, what would be different? I'm looking for a new challenge and then I'll head to the MLS in the USA when I eventually get sacked!

If we did not sack Hecky at the end of the season then why dither now. It smacks of uncertainty in a senior business man who, if nothing else, should be able to make decisions. As for me I think the man needs time to mould and shape a team and we have learned to our cost that the grass is not always greener. Please don't bring someone in now to start all over again instilling new ideas, new systems. really poor time as the WC starts in just over 2 weeks and lasts a month. Let's work with what we have, high tempo, high pressing and just bring in a few new faces. All this chopping and changing is no good for anyone, any business, any team.

I agree with gelling a team but what's the point in gelling a load of players who 1, the fans don't love, 2, the manager can't control or pick, 3, gelling a team that lost too many games last season so clearly aren't good enough, 4, having a manager in who can't do it properly. For me you need to axe heck, then coops, then okane, wied and the rest of the band to follow. the only reason ranieri was successful at Leicester is because he got the confidence of the owners to say let me do my thing entirely, pick my players, pick my team each week, train my way, and work with my ethos, he had them on strict schedules so that they bonded and worked well together. For me, you have Vieira and phillips who are alledgedly mates, ailing and barts, jansson gets on as a leader, Hernandez and saiz work well together with alioski, you have a lot of lads who have come through the youth and played together at some point, a manager like ranieri would gel these players into a team, with the inclusions of barts, Hernandez, and possibly gunn or stockdale, you have the making of a real threatening side. I still think oztumer would be quality for us, far better than Madison, the fans would love him he's known as the Turkish messi. just check him out. We have the capability to go all the way this season, its just about how radz does it, he will create if he hasn't already a plan for the entire season, and instill it bit by bit.

The problem is the media and social media are creating this uncertainty our owner should come out and back Heckingbottom or get on with replacing him all this uncertainty is not doing anybody any good and could have a bad knock on affect for player recruitment this summer.

Good posts especially Samo. Looks to me like Radz wants Ranieri. He sees an opportunity to improve status and image of club and may be responding to adviser and investor pressure. Radz like most good businessmen are opportunists. This is why he's possibly changing the plan.

All the way this season. REALLY? I hope you've made our bet on Paddy Power for promotion. Paddy Power needs all the money they can get!

Maybe the uncertainty of Heckys position reflects his battle with Orta. If he accepts Ortas power and position he stays. If he tries to argue for recruitment decisions then I feel he is gone. Unfortunately Orta has the ear of Radz and cannot be moved.

I believe Heck accepts Orta's power. The club already announced they're concentrating on the British market for this window so that should give Heck what he wants. What it's more to do with is Radz being advised to ditch him as he eyes up a promotion bid.

I am expecting some bold moves in this window. With season ticket sales and two share investments i reckon we have over 20 mill in transfer kitty. Would help even more if we move on the deadwood and free up wages. Maybe that's what is holding us up and the reason no firm bids are in for anyone yet. I think decent coach/manager comes first then four 5million pound players. God my therapist is brilliant.

Not sure if we will spend that much but I get the impression he is dithering about whether to keep Heck or not before he signs anyone. That needs sorting asap

29 May 2018 11:49:37
Mmmmmm. Can’t see why he wouldn’t have sacked heck if he was going to. As for spending money. Let’s see shall we. George says Abel is coming in by Thursday. I’m still quite sceptical on in and outs. I do think we will try for Bart’s. And maybe Abel. But all the other rumours I think are just that. And I’m not sure how much of the rubbish from last season we are going to be able to sell. I think he will try and loan them out rather than lose money on them.

I expect Radz will want to confirm next manager before sacking Heck. If he can't get the right man then he will start season with Heck. let's hope his target says yes.

29 May 2018 15:23:10
And if the target is de Berrera? rather have Laudrup, Brucie, even Colin when he gets sacked from Cardiff
